“Sprinkler Store had the item I wanted in stock, at a reasonable price and shipped it super fast. I will never go to the big box stores for a grueling, time consuming search for a piece they don't have in stock and the employees are totally clueless about. “All items ordered delivered as promised. Only concern was ordering a replacement which did not work with existing controller, needing to place another order AND pay the shipping again (would have initially just ordered kit instead). This was addressed by a great guy whose name I am blanking on, but the shipping was refunded and the product will arrive today. Could not have asked for more....thank you.”

“Excellent experience. The order arrived much sooner than I expected. I ordered too many wall lights because after my deck was completed, there were not as many steps as had been originally calculated. I was allowed to cancel my original order which had not yet shipped and reorder the correct number that was needed. Denny was very helpful.”
