“I was repairing an old Toro valve that was placed below the main 2”‘sprinkler line that elbows at the same location as the valve which is 3” below the elbow. Bottom line: almost impossible to dig down to remove the valve. So, I took the solenoid and diaphragm/ bleed valve off the new valve you sent and installed them in the older valve. Success! The system now works great you your product is solid. Thanks for getting it to me fast.”

“As a homeowner making his own repairs and alterations to my sprinkler system the Sprinkler Supply Store has been invaluable to me. It's almost impossible to find the various parts I need (multi-conductor wiring, couplers, etc) in local stores, and contractors are way too expensive for such simple work. “Great selection and price, prompt delivery and even enjoyed your occasional emails. However the packaging was not so good. The shredded paper used as fill made a mess getting things out of the box and we had to clean it up and dispose of it.”
