“I know that this is a USPS issue and I now always try not to use Ebay because they usually use USPS for shipping, resulting in long shipping times. This shipment with a very low weight (oz's) had a $8.99 shipping cost and therefore could use UPS service, instead it was shipped USPS and as a result took 14 days to arrive!”

“Purchased some netafim tech line from Sprinkler Supply Store a few years ago. The product started failing several months ago. It has a five year warranty against failures. I contacted Netafim and they noted I needed to work with the store I purhased from. I reached out to Sprinkler Supply Store and Denny got in touch with my. He asked for photos of the failure and I provided them to him. He agreed to issue a store credit for my order. After I agreed, he ghosted me. I have emailed him 12 times since and set up three customer service calls and he has never called me. Pretty frustrating to be ghosted like this. Definitely would not recommend doing business with Sprinkler Supply Store--they do not stand behind the products they sell and have very shady customer experience.”

“This is my first time dealing with this company. I purchased a sprinkler part the other day and received it quickly. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I contacted the company to see about returning it for the correct size. I was questioned about my ability to order the correct size and was referred to my order. I am not sure if this is standard business practice to question the customer or if I am just interpreting the responses incorrectly. Therefore I am including the chat responses for others to decided. "I purchased a sprinkler part the other day but it is the wrong size. I would like to return it for the correct size. Order number: 198904-1 9:24 AM Hi, thanks for getting in touch. Hi Daniel - apologies if I offended. Tone can be tricky to figure out when you're on chat. I try to be charming, but it doesn't always come across that way. At least that's what my wife tells me. I understand your certainty that you ordered the 3/4" - our system is showing the 1" on your order. It seems like the most likely conclusion was that the incorrect selection was made from the drop down menu when your order was placed. It was a small order and your first, so I credited you back for the order so that you could place a new order for the part that you needed without requiring a return of the other part. My last comment was just a reminder to double check the drop down before placing the new order, as it's a common mistake. I went back and looked a while ago just to assure that your new order was correct, which it was, so you should be all set! “I ordered 2 covers for our 30 year old sprinkler system outdoor control boxes. Unfortunately, neither one fit, so I had to send them back. The ease of using website, quick receipt of the items, return process was seamless. I received communication from the company through every step. The downside is the restocking and return shipping fees. These fees cost almost as much as the items I ordered.”

“You guys have been very helpful and for that I am grateful. As a homeowner with 1.5 acres of planters, it's been frustrating finding a system that works for irrigation. I inherited the planters somewhat in disrepair but with many plants worth saving. Thus, I don't want to hire a landscape crew and risk getting the plants trampled in an attempt to put in irrigation. So your site has been very helpful, especially the chat option. One small suggestion. On your parts list, where you list Netafim CV irrigation accessories like the connectors, have the option of ordering one unit and one bag clearly separate. I stupidly was not paying attention and thought if I clicked for 1 unit, it was one bag. Obviously, if I had paid attention to the $, I would have noticed that something was wrong. Ended up having to place a separate order, with more shipping and now have to wait a week to install the system. My fault, but you might consider changing this to prevent idiots like me making the same mistake! Thanks!”

Hi Constantine - thanks for your review. I'm showing that you used that 15% off code on your order - if you look at your confirmation, the total of the parts was $64.32 and the discount was $9.64, which comes out to be a 15% discount. The order is showing that the discount was applied at the time the order was placed, so clearly the discount arrived before your order was placed.
