“I ordered various 1" fittings and a couple of 1"x24" risers for a project in my orchard. The order delivered were 1/2"x24" risers. I took a picture of the wrong size that was delivered and emailed it to customer service. Within a day they had the correct size being shipped to me and emailed me back that I didn't need to ship the wrong sized ones back, which saves me a trip to a FedEx store which is a few miles away. I appreciate how quickly they made this right and least amount of hassle on my part. Their web site is easy to use also. Filtering by size and material makes ordering the various fittings a breeze.”
