“Despite delays in my order due to the product being on back order, their customer service team responded promptly when I reached out to inquire on the status. Even though I was not happy to wait longer, I was very impressed with their customer service that it made it easier to handle the delay. Product finally arrived and it fixed my issue I was having with my sprinkler system.”

“Great experience! I needed some Irritrol 2600T valves to replace/repair my old Hardie/Richdel 2600T valves (they are the same). My local hardware stores did not carry these. Found them at Sprinkler Supply Store and they were much better priced then Amazon or Ebay. Shipped fast too! Already installed the valves and my sprinkler system is up and running. Supper happy with the purchase.”
