“I ordered 100 Toro parts. I received 50 Toro parts and 50 cheep imitations. I am still waiting for a call back to see how you will fix this problem. Renda Davis Liq-Trol, Inc. Order number 125071”

“1) Within hour of placing order received email from irrigationdirect.com. Suspect given by Sprinkler Supply. 2) Told to ship for receipt on or before a date, or delay shipment until several days later. Ignored. (Received when unable to to remove from porch.) 3) Packaging about as bad as ever seen (but items not damaged).”

Hi Wade, thanks for your review. So sorry for any confusion on this order. We don't have any connection to irrigationdirect.com, so any emails you received were just timely coincidences. It does look as though the package was shipped out to reach you on the 16th as requested, but it was an extra day's delivery by the shipper. I'd appreciate it if you would be willing to follow up with me on the condition of the packaging; I'd like to determine if it was on the part of our warehouse or damaged in shipping. “Whoever did the shipping threw all the single pieces "every single piece" in one big bow and the tape was ripped. Glad nothing was lost. Why would you do that? Put the like items in a small bag so they stay together.”

“Order the Toro Low Pressure sprinkler body. These worked so great I have ordered another 20 to replace all my current sprinkler bodies. Sprinkler Supply store delivered the first shipment in less time than estimated. Have always been happy with the service I receive from Sprinkler Supply store.”
