“Sprouts in Pearland used to be my favorite sprouts. Their customer service is trash!!! Had a bad experience with a RUDE deli employee and management didn’t even care. I will never go back to that sprouts. Disappointed with customer service!!!”

“Purchased a seeded watermelon by mistake I cut into it was totally white and full of seeds. Nothing was eatable. Through in trash. Can’t believe this would even be sold at Sprouts. I’ve bought numerous watermelons, fruit, steaks, etc never had anything bad. Shame.”
“love sprouts. was at the la brea and san vicente store on 07-30-22. had a rude employee, kai in the deli department. he does not allow you to finish a sentence and is extremely rude. this is not the first time i have engaged in an unprofessional manner with him. i asked to change his gloves after he returned from the back. he said i did already. he changed them reluctantly. he purposely took one minute to spread mustard and mayo on each bread- he behaved in a condescending manner. he whispered to his african american co-worker and that co-worker took over the order.
i shared with other friends of this incident and they said they experienced the same behavior. don't have to fire this guy, just put him in another department. he makes shopping unpleasant.”
“I purchased precooked turkey at sprouts in mesa Arizona and went home and ate it. I got food poisoning from their turkey which led to strep throat and was sick for 6 days. I filed a claim with sprouts for lost wages and 4 weeks later sprouts claims they are not responsible for the food they sell. Will never shop at sprouts again. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.”
“I went to Sprouts in Delaware and to my surprise was very disappointed that they are selling GMO products. I was only able to find a few organic item in the fruit section, which I came for. Will not be shopping there no more. 😔”
“So we're in Sprouts on Plumb in Reno Nevada, we (me and my son) go down one aisle this guy Eric who works there followed us and watched us, we go down a different aisle and meet up with my wife who watched the whole thing and we both said the same words....this guy is following us around the store. So yep, I confronted him and of course that was the end of that BS. If you're black, brown or tan stay outta Sprouts after dark.....their definitely Racist.”
“Enjoyed a nice meal with friends at their home and the food was from Sprouts . Ordered a $75 gift card 10 days ago for them and sent a thank you . They haven’t received it yet : really surprised Sprouts doesn’t expedite this more quickly. Almost rude to me now they haven’t heard anything from us so I had to write them a separate thank you card . Looked rather dumb imo .
The stores should be notified nearest to the address and sent a card within a day or two as that’s where the consumer will likely go . Seems unusual that process wouldn’t be used , what a great way to say hi from the Sprouts manager.”
“DO NOT BUY HYDROPONIC STRAWBERRIES!!! My 7 year old son will not eat fruit except strawberries and bananas...My husband was talked into buying the hydroponic strawberries at our local Sprouts...My son has issues going to the bathroom...So we have been not allowing him to eat GMO foods and keeping away from food dyes like red40...The employee at Sprouts told my husband the hydroponics was a healthier option....So my husband bought a tray of them...Which was very expensive...My son has sensory sensitivities and is a very picky eater...I tried one of the strawberries 🍓 and it actually had no taste and was kinda gross...I thought no way would my son eat them...But surprisingly he did....He ate about 10 strawberries....And an hour later his legs and stomach broke out in a weird rash (pics attached) He eats strawberries all the time and has no allergies to them ever...I decided to read into hydroponics...And come to find out they often use a chemical fertilizer since they don't use soil...I thought the whole idea of hydroponics...Was to keep away from chemicals....I am so disappointed....I'm sick and tired of the food industry using chemicals in most all of our foods...No wonder So many people including myself have autoimmune disorders...These chemicals and genetically modified foods...Should never be allowed...Other countries have banned gluten and food dyes...But our FDA in America says it is completely fine for chemicals to be put in our foods! There is no money in healthy people!!!🤬”
“The raisins in the granola is sooo hard we had to throw them away. Quality has gone down so bad I don’t want to shop there anymore. I’m 80 yrs old and have shopped sprouts for 32 yrs or since they opened. To put out junk like that is terrible, I’ve been in food service all my life and NEVER would serve the stuff your serving. “Two days ago I stopped at a Sprouts I'd never been to at 19th Ave and Northern at around 7:20 am. I only had a 100dollar bill that the manager had to bring 5 20dollar bills from the back to break. Two of those twentys were counterfit which I turned over to the police. Sprouts customer service refuses to reimburse my $40, and the manager (Anthony) apparently lied about it and said I brought those 20s into the store. But, it should be on their own video at around 7:20 am of their assistant breaking my (real) $100, and giving me 5 $20, two of which were fake. Make this right, Sprouts! I'm sure it's on your own video.

“Usual 80% of employees in this store are very unprofessional and they don’t care about customers but my cashier today was Jae and he was excellent. He was so professional,very friendly and he had knowledge about everything what I was asking about.

I shop A LOT at this store, so I have to admit that the manager Bruce is a very kind & charming and so are most of the employees in this store, but Hannah is definitely a GEM 💎”
