“Horrible people who work in flower mound store! Horrible manager! Don’t respect people who have medical conditions and can’t breath with mask on! Nazi girl staff chasing you down at the door yelling at you. These people are on a power trip! Will not give my business to a bunch of control freaks!! Karma will get you all for not recognizing people that actually have a medical condition! Bye Bye Sprouts! Communism is real at Sprouts!! No Respect for people who can not wear a mask!!!”
“Sprouts use to be my favorite place to shop. Now they have mandated masks and refuse service to those with medical exemptions. I will spend my $$ at other stores that respect people’s medical needs.”
“Sprouts employee continually harasses me about my mask, shouting “ma’am, ma’am, ma’am about wearing my mask so I can still breathe through my nose. I have a medical issue and I’m trying my best, but they are very rude when I shop at their Flower Mound store. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere like Kroger’s where they’re kind and customer service oriented - NOT Sprouts.”
“Sprouts, Miramar, FL. I Just came from Sprouts. Nice store, it was very clean, nice products, nice helpful staff. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. Perhaps one-way arrows on the floor would help. I guess people are still clueless about how coronavirus spreads. Customers are all up in your space, they were wearing their masks on their chin, open registers side by side.. It’ll be a while before I go back. 😢.”
“Do not go to the sprouts at 4020 south rainbow Las Vegas NV. I went to their deli counter to buy a side dish and a waited for someone to even acknowledge that I was even there ( there were two people behind the counter) I was totally ignored. I then went over to the fresh meat counter and it was even worse. There were two employees behind the counter talking to each other and of course nobody asked if I needed help. I finally said excuse me in loud enough voice that I know they had to of heard me and I got no response. Another employee came from the back to wash her hands and I asked her if the meat counter was open. She looked at the two talking and stated someone will be with you. It was at that time they came over and asked what I wanted. It was at that time I stated I will go to another store instead. This a regular accuracy at this store and I have complained many times to the manager and each time I was assured it would not happen again and it was never taken care of because everyone I would try to get something from their deli or fresh meat U ended up leaving without buying it. I will never go back to that location. The one on Charleston and rainbow go there outstanding store.”
“I live to shop at sprouts farmers market all the employees are super helpful, the produce is always really neatly put away and fresh as promised. Unfortunately as kind as the staff is I had a mishap with the Murray location. I applied to work there thinking the staff is helpful, i did the very long application they sent me after i already set up my interview through the text application two days ago. My interview was scheduled for 10 AM hence it’s 9:05 and they just called to tell me they are no longer hiring. Unfortunately because of this little miscommunication I will no longer shop at the Murray location or be applying there ever again. I was so looking forward to the opportunity but this seems a little unprofessional to call me an hour before my scheduled interview, thanks sprouts!”
“Employees all had masks on except the guy cutting my deli meat. Had a mask over his beard but not his mouth. He should have been most important one to wear a mask.”
“I love to shop at sprouts when I can go and get my groceries in person but during the covid19 outbreak I tried online shopping for the 1st time and found that their online options were overwhelmingly the pricier items like organic wholemilk, cream, etc. plus they were limiting items like milk to only two per order which for a family of 6 is not enough. I found Aldi online a lot cheaper and without restrictions.”
“Sprouts on Arapahoe Road in Greenwood Village/ Centennial Colorado
Tayna the Cashier was Fantastic with a Smile and full of Positivity.
She is the loud cashier if I did not spell her name right...

“So I got a salad today from a food bank donated from sprouts. Its an $8 salad w mainly end pieces and stems, no wonder no one bought it. Like grateful to have A salad but come on, if ur gonna charge ppl $8 put sum effort into it plz.”
“Awesome customer service, each time I am greeted by a smileing employee. This last time i learned so much from Chris B in the meat department about the sprouts meat suppliers and process. The conversation boosted my confidence in the meat products!
Thank you Sprouts for a great experience!”
“Hi, there:
I do like shopping at my Tampa, Fla. Sprouts, but I will never buy strawberries there again.
For the second time in a row, I got Georgia strawberries that were dry and brown inside, and white on the top outside--they were picked before they were allowed to ripen.
This is a particular affront to residents of Hillsborough County, with the state's strawberry capital only 30 miles east of us. We know what delicious strawberries look and taste like--and this was not it.
Also, we would like to support our very fine local farmers, and we resent getting terrible berries from so far away when fresh, juicy red delights are so near to us.
Please fix this problem.”
“The employees at sprouts and Lees Summit all park closest to the front door and let their customers walk from the end of the parking lot I am an able body person that has no problem walking from anywhere to the front door of sprouts but there are lots of elderly people maneuvering a slick parking lot on a bad weather day because their employees are more valuable to them and their customers have complained multiple times to the manager he says he will take care of it and never does so either he is the one that is guilty himself a parking there or just chooses to value his employees over his customers really bad management”
“The cashiers are really not very helpful. The majority of the time you have to stand in line forever and when you have a question, they provide the least information they possibly can. When it comes to gift cards, find it yourself or they might take one out of the drawer that they can’t put cash on.”
“I had a home delivery from Sprouts in San Marcos. I ordered quite a few items that got changed from what I originally ordered. My lunch meat and sandwich cheese was all cut thick which most people want thin sliced, they never asked so it was Thick sliced meat and cheese. My veggies were not the size I ordered huge and unappealing. The meat I ordered for dinner was cut uneven (steaks) and with lots of fat and grisly very unacceptable for meats. I spent $185.00 for poor quality food!!! Costco has superior meats and I will buy my food at a store that honors their customers. My home is gated and I left my gate code twice....my food was delivered outside my gate.”
“Visited store 542 and got very short, rude answered when I asked for help in the bulk department. The man working that department needs to work on his customer service because just because of that I’m not visiting sprouts again.”
“I bought a pack of hamburger which turned out to be rancid, smelled a little bad before I cooked it but just thought it might been sitting a little to long, I ended up getting sick, never buy any meat from sprouts never shopping here again.”
“I went to Sprouts #301 today to find a particular type of bread. It wasn't on the shelf, and upon asking an assistant (Olivia) for help, she went off to find it in a truck that was unloading. I chatted for a little bit with another assistant (Emerson), who was very friendly (and funny). I went to finish my shopping and planned on returning for the bread, but Emerson beat me to it by finding me in the store and bringing me my two loaves. I commend these two young people for being so helpful and just plain nice. It's so nice to walk into what is already my favorite store and have such nice treatment. Thank you Olivia and Emerson.”
“Ok so me and a friend of mine come to sprouts often for their scallops, clams etc. The cooking instructions that they give are so damn small its ridiculous. We have to literally use a magnifying glass to read them. its crazy! sprouts love you but please get it together. Thank you xo!”
“I've been shopping at Sprouts in Phoenix, AZ for a few years now and normally have a great experience. I usually go to the meat department and purchase my meat from the counter there. Usually there are hamburger patties premade in the case but this last visit there weren't so I asked the person behind the counter if he would be able to make some. He informed me that Sprout's doesn't do that. Really?? I've bought them this way multiple times premade or asked them to be made. Very disappointing customer service.”
