“The availability online was limited. Had to wait for them to restock. Not a big deal. I ordered 55* with 2 drawers (non clamp)
Came in 3 boxes...main desk and 2 drawer kits.
Pretty easy to put together.. the packaging was pretty solid...but handling make the hardware bag break...fortunately we were able to find all screws and washers.
The clamped on second shelf is pretty sturdy. However it does cause monitors to shake at the slightest movement. Would suggest a third clamp or support bar for the middle.
Lastly the drawers...no pilot holes. I would have liked to see some pilot holes. Was not too difficult to screw in but would be helpful for alignment when ordering a non clamped on set.
Overall plenty of desk space. The crank is easy to use. Seems like quality materials.”
“My original order was lost and then I heard excuse after excuse. Not only did my desk take 7 weeks to get to me; but I was never sent the $50 refund that was promised after the desk was shipped. I've already sent an email with screenshots of the original emails with Jenny regarding the $50 refund. I never got a response. Very poor customer service and lack of follow through.”

“I got the Tranzendesk 55" Crank Standing Desk. It was reasonably easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. I wanted a desk that went as low as 27.0 inches, which this was supposed to be. However, it is 27 in from the floor to the *bottom* of the table surface *after* the feet have been totally removed from the legs...so the table surface is actually at almost 28 in.”
