“I love my new desk from Stand Steady! At first i was pretty skeptical about how steady a tall desk like this (with an extra shelf) would stand on a carpet floor, but decided to give it a try. The desk was easy to assemble, and a lot of small things provisioned seem to make sense. Took me 30 minutes to set it all up. I checked the desktop with a bubble level, and it appeared to be perfectly horizontal without the need to even adjust anything. After I set up my computer and screen, it feels like the desk fits me perfectly. I may need to add a keyboard tray to it at some point later. I am able to maintain a good posture, thanks to my Stand Steady computer desk.
The desk is pretty heavy for one delivery man to carry, so maybe the shipment package needs to have additional protection for the corners to prevent accidental damage in transit.”
“My initial order was “misplaced”. I called for over a week until I was able to speak with a live person only to find out my order was delayed. Very slow process and the wait time via the phone is ridiculous. The help line portal was no better as no one ever returned my call. Thank you!”

“Overall, I'm very happy with my desk. It shipped quickly (albeit from California, not Virginia), and it's a sturdy piece. The only drawback is that it does wobble. This is my second standing desk, and both have suffered this same flaw. Typing, bumping, or leaning too heavily make my monitor shake a little. The higher you make it, the more it shakes. The desk is put together properly, and it's on carpet, so leveling is not the issue; it's just a problem inherent in the design. Anything that adjusts and is built on I-shaped frame is going to shake somewhat because the support is in the center. It will never be as stationary as a desk that has all four corners supported. It seems this is just the trade-off for a desk that adjusts to any height. But it's a quality piece, and it was the right purchase for me.”

“1-week owner. Love the desk! It is everything that I had hoped for. Very easy to put together, easy to follow instructions, and it performs flawlessly. It's sturdy and strong. The desktop material has a laminate covering, not a solid fancy desk, so you can see seams, plus it had one minor flaw. Not worth a bump down on stars. Very adequate and great for the price.
Really impressed with the shipping. It was packed to take on a rough delivery. Styrofoam packaging, additional plastic corners for protection of desk corners, and efficiently and smartly placed in the box.”
