“The website lists the width of the unit from mount to mount as 33”, but it is absolutely not... it’s closer to 31”. This matters as I have a glass top desk with a metal frame. The supports under the desk are exactly 33” apart! Which means the clamps could lock down on the front metal and the braces running from the front to the rear of the desk.
But your product is not as listed and as such it is only clamped to the small metal framing along the front side of the desk. The keyboard is on but is not steady.”

I'm so sorry for the confusion regarding the specs of this Keyboard Tray! The 33" we list and show is from the outer edge of one clamp to the outer edge of the other! The clamps themselves are both about 1" wide, which would put the inner dimension right around 31" which is what I think you were seeing. I'll reach out to my product team to advise them that there was some confusion and they'll look into making that more clear!

“Desk arrived on time. Assembly was easy. Desk is a good height for me and I'm 5'7". I do like it, however it arrived with scratches in several places.
It looks to be made from some sort of wood composite with white, wood looking veneer as the finish. Since there are no close up photos of the finish I was actually surprised by this as I thought it would have been a smooth white finish, not wooden looking.
In several of the corners the veneer has been chipped off. I can only guess because of shipping. The box was falling apart when it arrived and one corner of the box was completely ripped open. Overall I am a little worried about the quality of the desk and how it will hold up over time. I am worried more of the veneer finish will chip and this desk will look very bad. For now however, the scratches are mostly hidden or I can touch them up with paint. I will say, after putting it together I wish I would have spent a little more money and got a better quality desk or waited for this to go on sale.”
