“Customer Service Rep was professional nice and very quickly resolved my issue thank you. The issue was how your site gave an approval and moments later gave a suspicious message that it was processed I got an email saying it was processed but no email stating it wasn't processed it felt like a scam since I received the approved email I almost ignore the message. In the new world that's not cool. I'm now concerned about the product.”

Thank you for the feedback! I'll pass your message along to my marketing team about the confirmation and cancellation emails. As I mentioned when we spoke on the phone last week your original order was cancelled due to our automated fraud protection software. It flagged your order based on the IP address for whatever reason! It can be finicky sometimes with IP addresses that it flags. However, your order is confirmed and is actually already shipped out and you should expect your new desk by the end of the day tomorrow!

However, while waiting to find a resolution the desk went out of stock and then there was no way to repair the desk as the company does not have replacement parts. Now I’m stuck needing a desk still and have to dispose of this one. I was provided a refund but really needed the desk for my disability.”

“My wife came to me one week ago and advised me that she will have to work at home for at least 2-3 more months and he back, knees, and legs were killing her after sitting in front of her computer for 9 or 10 hours a day. She advised me of the sit to stand desk converters that are being used at her job that solved all of hr problems. I went to work researching different companies. After looking at units from 7 different companies and reviewing them with my wife, we always came back to Stand Steady because they seemed to have something for everybody. Sure enough, I took a chance and called to the Stand Steady office in Virginia and immediately placed an order over the phone.We received it today and my wife is relieved, overjoyed,and elated. This darn converter is just frickin' perfect !!!”
