“I received my X-Elite Pro Standing Desk Converter just a few days after I ordered it. It arrived much quicker than I expected! The desk arrived well packaged and fully assembled which I appreciate. There were no defects with the desk and the lift mechanism works great.
I set it up in my home office but discovered my two 22" monitors (on their own monitor stands) do not both fit on top of the X-Elite Pro. This was an error on my part due to not measuring my equipment. Unfortunately I had to return this standing desk converter, but it was simple enough to put back in the box and customer service promptly sent me a return shipping label.
My experience overall was great, and I know I would have gotten a lot of good use out of this desk converter if I had planned a little better. It's a great product, and the customer service is top notch. I'll definitely be looking at the full standing desks once they are back in stock!”
“A few weeks after my company sent everyone to work from home due to Covid-19, I noticed that I was in a lot of pain. I am 4’11 and had been using a standing desk at the office because regular chairs are simply not designed to comforably accommodate someone of my height all day (either my feet dangle or my shoulders are in my ears to reach the keyboard), yet all I had at home was a regular chair. My husband bought me a kneeling chair and oh my god! Within a day the pain vanished and I am actually comfortable and able to focus while I work! I was worried that because I am so short the chair would not work for me, but I have had no trouble fitting in the chair.
