“I would have given it more stars, but had to order a part for the lid. The part is the small safety valve. I paid for shipping and after 2 weeks or so, never got the part. I called and asked why. Was told they are on back order. Why was I not told this when I ordered. Or even sent a message?. But the could send this email 2 days after the order. They said it could take 6 weeks or more until they get them. I hope Eric gets to read this.”

“I love how moist meat stays when cooked under pressure, and really like the variety of applications for this cooker, versatility of slow cooker crockpot style verses pressure cooker setting. Like the many settings. I would like to see a more durable sealing ring and a lower replacement fee for it given how quickly it wore out. Wore out in less than 1 year. I also would like the option of a high grade thick aluminum pan insert for certain dishes to choose instead of the nonstick for certain applications.”

“I enjoy my pressure cooker very much but was disappointed that I could not order accessories directly online without calling customer service. When I did call they were very helpful though and completed my order in a courteous manner.”

“If I need replacement parts, I do NOT want to have to call and talk to someone about it to get them. I know what I need. Give me the option to order this online, where I can actually see what the item is, the price, and go from there. And then you try to hard sell me a cookbook too? Seriously? Very unprofessional. Keep with the times.”

“Although the pressure cooker xl 8 qt worked well for my needs, i was unhappy at having to purchase a new valve assembly with a unit less than a year old. ALSO THE PROBLEM WAS THE O- RING THAT HELD THE VALVE IN PLACE. I was not able to order just the o- ring but had to purchase the whole assembly.”

“The service was faster than I had expected..And the shipment I had to send back the older pan was taken care of immediately..they kindly replaced, and i am waiting on the new power presser xl-8 to arrive so I can again get back to fixing meals faster and tastier.”

“I love my power pressure cooker. I am a little dismayed at finding out that a lawsuit has gone out regarding these. Also, I called to order an accessory, float valve/w seal, on 03/21/18. I called to check the status on 04/04/18 and was told the part is on back order and should be shipped out by 04/30/18!! WOW!! I am VERY disappointed in this. Over a month to receive 1 piece. I'm sorry to say but this is CRAZY!! Unfortunately, I will not be using my pressure cooker for awhile because 1 piece is on back order for over a MONTH.”

“If you need parts for your Power XL it is very easy to order parts for it. The problem occurs when you order the parts and they do not properly package the part which while being shipped ends up getting broken. That is why I gave them a low score and hope they will improve this.”

“I was a little disappointed after my purchase and I opened the box that the rack that goes in the bottom of the pot for canning did not come with it and the box did not indicate that it was sold separately. The canning book came with it.”

“I had a hard time getting them to answer me about The product. I've never received a notice it was shipped, nothing!! I am very dissatisfied with the worker's. I called customers service today, the man couldn't even tell me if they shipped me all my stuff. What a joke. As for the product, I can't say haven't got it yet. I do know, if all my stuffs not there, guess what you getting a package back, and y'all paying for it. Plus I'll want my money back. Best thing y'all need to do is train your REPS, BETTER. THESE SUCK.. SORRY BUT YOU NEED TO KNOW THE TRUTH. Mrs Kelly”
