“Last week I received the XLPC. I LOVE IT!! Used it 2 times already. First, I made a chicken stew. Secondly, I made a smokes Turkey. Mead was so tender and perfect. So was the vegetables!! My only disappointment is, the TV infomercial and representative told me I will be receiving a $100.00 grocery gift card. Wrong. They are making me go online and print the coupons I would like to choose. This sucks. It's a coupon.”

“Not only will I be able to cook whole meals quickly and easily, but I love the canner feature. I already have a water canner, but needed a pressure canner. I looked for over four years for the right pressure canner. I love everything the Power Pressure Cooker XL does. I will be able to teach my granddaughters how to use it, too! Looking forward to it coming in!”

“It has honestly made cooking certain foods a pleasure -- and at a great rate. I am an old lady, and learned to cook from my mother and grandmother, and would never use this type of product for anything other than canning. What a pleasure this product is!!”

“The manual that came w my cooker does not coincide w my actual cooker. There was no canning rack. Both i have to purchase separately & for the price i paid they should have been included!”

“About one month of using the power pressure XL the presser value broke off. I ordered a new one. It has been about 3 weeks. It's Easter weekend. They told me they wouldn't have the part for another 2 weeks.”

“A little washer fell off my lid. I didn't notice it was something that fragile. Anyhow I need a new one 6.99 charge to get it. Ordered on 3/5/2018 they said 2 or 3 weeks. It is now 3/ 28/2018 and I find out It won't be shipped until 4/19/2018. Another thing. You can buy about 12 of these off ebay at a very cheap price. Service Sucks!!!”

“I ordered a pressure valve on March 5th, It is now March 26th and I still have not received my pressure valve. No one has contacted me or anything. I decided to live chat an agent, they said my order should arrive to me on April 16th. Over a month after I brought this item.....”

“I received a damaged one while pressure is building steam is being released. I told them and the sent me knew gaskets to go underneath the top. Other than that is cooks Great!”

“You did not send the part I was trying to order. I have sent several emails but have not gotten a response to the part I need. Your telephone agent does not know the parts of the unit. I told him I need the knob that goes in the hole in the lid handle to retract the pin to open the lid. He sent a tiny valve that has nothing to do with my description of what I need. The cooker is useless if I can't seal it. Please send the proper part, and train your people to know the parts.”

“I have used the power pressure cooker twice. I've had it for only three days. I made chicken soup. Amazing!!! It was done so fast. The following day I made pasta with meat sauce. It was delicious, my husband and kids loved it. It was done in less than half the time vs. cooking the noodles and warming sauce. Clean up is easy. I already know this is going to be a time saver for making dinner, giving me more time with my family.”
