“I ordered my replacement parts 2 weeks ago. At that time I was told it would take 10 to 14 days to receive them. I Checked my order status today and it was marked on backorder for all 3 parts. I call customer service and was told that it would be another 30 days before delivery. I should have ordered from Amazon.”

“We purchased a Power Pressure Cooker based on the information seen on television and given to us via a telephone conversation. The cooker itself is okay, but the promotion information is totally false. They told us we would receive a $100 gift card for groceries. When I inquired about where to use this gift card they assured me it would be honored in many places. When we received our product we had a little pamphlet enclosed stating that Iowa residents were not eligible to receive this gift card and we were to get on a website to claim coupons instead. Out of these coupons we use about 3 of the products...a far cry from $100 value. The cooker is okay, not as fabulous as stated, but you can buy similar products in stores for a fraction of the cost and much less frustration.”

“A simple part broke and instead of keeping your newer customer happy by replacing the 9.99 part free, especially knowing I was spending another 29.99 to buy something else shows what kind of company you are. If anything else breaks on this, I will buy from your direct competitor a new pressure cooker.”

“This was a replacement for an older PowerCooker that replacement parts were no longer available. This new unit is bigger and came with a canning rack, which made me very happy. The service was quick and the new unit arrived within days.”

“It IS easy to use and easy to clean, and I have been able to adjust many of my formerly slow-cook recipes. Sometimes the recommended cooking times have been on the low side, but I'm working to figure out how much to add to certain dishes (meats).”

“I use it almost every day. Corned beef is 45-50 minutes and I don't have to watch it. I can make stew, soup, macaroni or potatoe salad in a jiff. I am an inovative chef and found a new hassle free, fun way of cooking. At 75 years I am busy because I am slower. This cooker is made for me.”
