“I hate that you can't order the cool ceramic dish Eric uses to make a cake in the videos. He said it's available on your site but it isn't. I can't get a steel replacement pot and I hate that too. I might buy an instant pot just for the available parts. Your customer service people were only sort of helpful. She did direct me to QVC for some parts but they were hard to find and didn't come up on a site search. I love accessories and you cant find them on amazon either. Everything was for instant pot. I would have given it 5 stars but I want a product that doesn't seem like it will be off the market soon. I bought this through fingerhut and paid far too much. It does cook very well. And it is easy to use.”

“The cooker did not work out of the box, I have called the hotline several times and always get someone from India, so there are language issues. They all tell me it can only be two things, the lid seal is on wrong or not clean. The magnetic sensor is not making contact. They then tell me to twist the inner pot back and forth 6 to 10 times Each hotline tech ended by telling me to let it cool off, clean the lid again but never offered a replacement solution! “Thank you for this opportunity to be able to respond. The pressure cooker itself seems to be fine the complimentary frying pan also is fine. My problem is that when I contacted one of your representatives about returning the deep dish cooking pan: which I honestly do not remember ordering, she was unsympathetic and I would say even a little bit hostile when I had questions about procedures to return the deep dish pan. But she was quick to ask me questions like have I considered giving it away as a gift if I don't need it. Well I did not call for alternatives on how to handle The Unwanted pan. I needed to know what I could do to return the pan that I did not need. Unfortunately she left me feeling rather disappointed that I even did business with you. We did not have a happy resolution in my opinion I just simply concluded the phone call .again thank you for an opportunity to express myself concerning this matter.”

“We had our XL for 5 months when the pot began to flake on the bottom. Only 5 months! we are not hard on our cookware so very disappointed to learn we would have to 'pay' to get a replacement pot. 5 months of use and we had to pay $30 for replacement pot. Stand behind your defects XL. would NEVER buy again from this company, will go with another company next time.”

“The pressure cooker does a really good job making food you have to be careful not to burn the food cuz if bottom gets very hot while it's waiting to build pressure. In the year that I've had this pressure cooker I've had to replace several parts because the quality of the build on this thing is lacking. And they seem to like to charge you every single time I'm starting to wonder if this was done intentionally too bad”

“I was specific with the replacement part I needed and was shipped the incorrect part. When contacting Customer Service, i was told I had to ship the part back, then call back to re-order the correct part, when I feel, they should have simply sent me the correct part immediately instead of waiting for the incorrect part to be returned and requiring me to make another phone call to place an order for the replacement part.”

“The pressure cooker itself is good, one of our children lost a part. I put in an order for a part at the Power Pressure Cooker website/actually had to call. They sent the part using my phone number as the address, not the actual address itself. They stated they'd return it when they received the part. Its been a month now, and i have no shipping info, and no part. I was on chat with an individual, and if there was another order number, he said no, then disconnected the session. I'm very dissatisfied. From a customer point of view, i should have to wait this long for a part, or go through this mush effort and waste my time.”

“I used my pressure cooker almost daily because my husband has difficulty chewing food. I like the easy use and preparation time shortened. My problem is always with the little floater Seal. I ordered 2 this time.”

“My initial order process was very smooth, however receiving the order and all the equipment that was a bit trying. I had to call three times and finally reached someone that fixed the order. But I have enjoyed my pressure cooker and the time savings to prepare a meal is wonderful. I actually tried it out at work with my peers at work and we enjoyed it tremendously. We were the envy of the other departments. It is certainly worth the investment.”
