“power pressure is great,when instructions are not clear and you add more minute and the inner pot burns,and you have to purchase a new one at 29.99 it could costly.”

“I love the Power Pressure Pro. It is so fast that even if your out and can't figure dinner out ahead you can just pop a roast and veggies in there and 30 minutes later dinner! I can't wait until summer because where I live it gets up to 110 to 120 and now I won't be over the stove or outside trying to Bar B Que. Absolutely love it!”

“The phone connection and background noise was horrible!! I had to ask the associate to repeat herself many times during the ordering process. It was frustrating for both of us. Since I still have not received my order, I'm hoping she even got the correct information processed.”

“I ordered three Great product but the Teflon coating was defective on my one of my inner pots cooked in it twice it stated coming off call to get a new one they wanted to charge me 29.00 after hassle they decided to send me one but I pay shipping so i agreed I thought that should have been on them not me”

“The inner pot from my Power Pressure Cooker XL has been used so much that it needed to be replaced. I call customer service and ordered at new pot. The service rep was polite and helpful. The pot came in less than a week. My sons and I love our Pressure Cooker XL.”

“Called to order a replacement part, the gentleman I spoke with did not understand English and was difficult to understand, there was definitely a language barrier, when I got the email confirmation of my order everything was incorrect, my name, my mailing address, everything I had even spelled it all out slowly for him. When I called again to have this fixed it again was an issue, I was switched to a supervisor and the problem got fixed but clearly they need to screen the employees especially if they are hiring an out of country call center for better understanding of the English language.”

“I hAVE USED A ELECTRIC PRESSURE COOKER FOR YEARS. THE ONE I BOUGHT FROM YOU WAS A 10 QT AND BIG ENOUGH FOR ME TO COOK A WHOLE TURKEY. AND I CAN DO A LITTLE CANNING IN IT TOO.”

“I called to order a stainless steel pot to cook in rather than the coated one. The gal took my info and make and model number to get the correct pot size. She heard me say that I wanted a stainless steel one. She offered me free shipping. The amount for the pot was $29.99. I got the invoice that evening ( several hours later) and it was for $12.99. I called and got a service person and explained my issue. The charge was for a coated pot and it was free and the charge of $12.99 was for the shipping. I told her I had ordered ONLY A STAINLESS POT and she said there were NO stainless pots available and they were not recommended for my pot. I asked for a refund and she argued that I was basically getting the coated pot free for paying the shipping. I said I HAVE a coated pot and do not want any more. The medical research dislikes these. I supposedly had it credited back and hopefully wont get one delivered.”

“I like my 10 quart PPC XL, I like the workings of the buttons, they're not hard to understand, getting the timing right on some foods have to be tried over a couple times as not everything is listed in booklets or recipes but that's adjustable. What I don't like is the pot is cheaply coated and flakes off I assume with the food and have had to replace inner pot already after only 9 uses - that's disgusting. More over we have NO option of stainless steel or a variable tough coating. Unfortunately when my warranty runs out and I can't get my inside pot replaced I will have to get a different brand. Bad business policy on Power Pressure Cookers part!!!!!!”
