“caught fire and set off my alarms and the fire department showed up. Threw it the trash, did not even bother calling the company what a piece of nothing. the warranty did not cover fire”

“The only way I was able to order the part I needed was by telephone as the only thing in the part ordering link was the phone number for customer service. On the good side the person who helped me was understanding, knowledgeable and quick. Suggestion: I would like to search recipes on your website but could not find a way. Thanks.”

“When it stoped working I attempted to send it back but paying shipping plus the check I would have to send it didn't make sence... so I just ordered another one with a whole bunch of add-ons... so hopefully this new one I ordered will last.. after I ordered the new one they transferred me to a guy to talk about a free trip... the guy was very rude and said I didn't sound excited so he hung up on me... The pressure cooker when it did work was very useful in the kitchen But to return it and all the hoops one would have to jump through was not a good experience... After spending $299 this time around I'm hoping the xl will make me happy..”

“I love my pressure cooker. Not only is the food cooked exquisitely with speed but it makes the meat tender. My husband has dull false teeth and has issues with meats baked or fried using the stove/oven. With my pressure cooker XL the meat comes out juicy and tender.”

“It does chicken and ribs great. Following recipe book did pasta and it was a disaster burned bottom of pot. Uncooked pasta. Had to order a new pot only owned a few months. Also needs the full 18 minutes for rice. But we use it every week for chicken”

“We purchased two machines. As gifts. One was missing a small gasket on the pressure seal. I called your number, was told too bad you have to purchase the parts 10.00 It wasn't in the machine when we opened it and used it the first time. I give your quality control and customer service an F-. The other machine is great! My daughter loves it. I give the machine an A +. Thanks for asking.”
