“I can't as I have not received it yet. Ordered Nov 15. When I questioned its where-abouts.. customer service said may be by Dec 24th. When I ordered the 2nd power pressure cooker - I was again quoted 5-7 days for delivery. Not pleased with this. As this company knows they are behind.. Just tell me when I can expect my cookers”

“It was easy to buy and go threw the process except at the end when I want to change something and pressed back and it processed my order instead going back....”

“My problem was when something stuck to the bottom of the pot. I soaked it for 3 days in warm soapy water; however, it did not come off. I tried to wash it off and the dark part came off. I had to order a new pot and had to pay the shipping and handling which I was not happy about.”

“I cannot comment on the utility of the power pressure cooker. I can Comment on the purchase. As a result of a Sunday presentation I became aware of the power pressure cooker and its’ flexibility. In response to then advertised special I placed an order quickly by Telephone. Confirmation followed almost immediately with a follow up on shipping to follow. I am pleased with the whole transaction.”

“i like the ease of use. float valve is a flaw. is there a way to improve it . it continually falls out. i had to even order as a new part. the shipping arrangement you have is annoying because it should NOT take over a week for such a small part. snail mail would have been faster than DHL. just saying. if customer service and satisfaction is important to you, than i recommend attention to the concerns . you have a great product. thank you”

“Oct 21, 2017 I need to order (1) 10 qt. pressure cooker. Please call me 314-378-4274 Nov 23, 2017 I have ordered (4) of the 8qt units and they work well. I ordered a 10qt unit 3 weeks ago and as of today, I have not received my 10qt pressure cooker. Whats going on? How about some feedback from you???? “I love my XL, it’s an awesome appliance. Customer service is great too. However, I ordered an inner pot, for my model ppc780, first time they sent wrong size, 45 days later, they still haven’t refunded my money, saying they haven’t received it.( really.?) paid another fee for “correct”size, I was reassured! Wrong again. Sent it back! Sent yet another one( reassured again), got it today.. wrong again..each one I’ve received is about 1/4” too tall and the lid will not lock!!”
