“I have made a few different dishes so far. I have found instructions easy to follow and the results spectacular. I would and have already recommended this to family and friends. Can't wait for the next family get-together to show off what it can do.”

“I think its very good but would be excellent if viewers are informed that the three items have different prices upfront. Some may turn back a good chance if they have to call before they are told of a higher price for their choice. All the same I believe thevitem itself is time saving and very good for elderly people who still cook Thanksgiving and special meals for large family members whenever they gather or meet together. A.1 very good time and energy saver!”

“While my experience with customer service was exceptional!!! My experience with trying to buy the 10qt cooker has been very upsetting. I can't get it shipped to me in Alaska. I have bought 6 of the 6qt cookers for all my kids and myself. I absolutely love this cooker and really need the 10qt size.”

“I have only used it twice and the second time I burned the meat and mistakenly tried to clean the inner pot with a brillo pad and had to replace the inner pot.”

“I bought a pressure cooker and I only used it once. My 38 year old grand daughter was fixing crawdads in the cooker -she had it sitting on top of my glass top stove .She had to go to the store and confusingly turned on the back burner where the pot was sitting. My husband came in and seen flames shooting up a foot. The bottom of the pot was melted away and the top of my glass top had a pile of melted plastic. He saved the day. He cleaned up my glass top like new the only loss was my new pressure cooker. So when I seen you on TV I had to order me a new one. I have all your copper pans and truly love them. I wished I could of had them when I was raising our family.Thank you”

“We had to return it because of the current draw. We did not want the additional expense to install a dedicated circuit which is required for the pressure cooker. However we purchased the 6 qt pressure cooker with less current draw. We have used manual pressure cookers in the past and was well pleased. I am looking forward to using the new updated pressure cooker”
