“The cooker does every thing that was advertised and that is great. The only problem was the cookbook that I ordered did not come and the pan that I ordered (square) came as round. This was taken care of when I called. The book arrived in one day and I kept the pan. The cooker is excellent and the service was also.”

“I had no problems purchasing the power XL over the phone. Alice was very nice and thorough about Everything. She did not pressure me to buy anything extra. She was helpful. We talked to each other about everything. Almost an hour of conversation. I enjoyed talking to her. It felt like we were old friends. She deserves something special from the company. “The gentleman that took my order was very polite. After I ordered my cooker and stated what I wanted he kept throwing all these additional itema for purchase out there. He was polite. But sometimes a person just wants to order their stuff and be done.”

“I like the power pressure cooker XL, but I had a problem with the float valve coming out .The O ring would not stay on the valve kept coming off and steam came out of the handle and got burnt. I don't feel like I should have had to pay for the shipping since it was still under warranty. I am disappointed in this matter thank you.”

“One of the best investments ive made this year..this thing makes an average cook..a great cook...a good cook.....a master chef....i use this thing literally like..2 3x a week i highly recommended this pressure cooker..and getting the hard back cook book as well.”

“The only thing that went wrong is my husband wanted to share pan and I accidentally got the round one witch is not very big I have a big family he thought he was getting the square one the was on the program he was watching so he wasn't happy about that but so far everything else had been good”
