I could not order the product (inner pot) online. The website only allowed for calling in an order. The representative was very polite and assisted me in my purchase.

I bought my Power Pressure Cooker in 2015. I rang the 11th January, 2018 to replace the lid. Customer service said my model had been discontinued and the latest model would be sent as I have a 6 year warranty. Rang 5th Feb, 2018 to see if I pay for shipping or company since I had warranty. Customer Service said I pay to send my old one back and pay $24.99 to have the new one sent to me. Some warranty!!! Then Customer Service said your model isn't discontinued, I bought a new lid. Was cheaper and would have been cheaper to buy a new pressure cooker than pay shipping, not happy that Power Pressure Cooker doesn't stand behind the product it makes. Love the cooker, don't like the service.

Just got it and used it yesterday. So far I am not impressed. Instructions said 40 minutes to cook pork roast. I cooked it 90 minutes and it was okay but not falling off the bone by any means. I could have cooked it in the oven in that length of time. Hopefully my next experience will be better

I just said i am returning the cooker altogether. After being put on hold several times i was told they can send a new cooker etc..REALLY? I actually called almost 3 weeks ago to ask for a users manual and cookbook since these had not been included with my purchase. Nothing ever came, so I called back this week and was told that there was no record of my request. I asked for a supervisor and after being transferred to one, she asked me where I had purchased my Cooker. I told her Costco and I was told that because it was a discount store, my Cooker wouldn’t have come with these items! Is she crazy or what?! Yes, I think so! I asked to speak to someone else and she put me in the holding queue with no plans to ever have my call answered. The call kept giving the option to hold or leave a message for a returned call. For a very long time. I hung up and used my landline to call back to get someone else. Victor placed my order for the users manual since I have received a confirmation, but I’m not sure my cookbook is being sent. So far, I have been less than impressed with your company’s professionalism and customer service. I did look online for the users manual, but couldn’t find this particular model, PPC772. I asked for these items to be sent via expedited shipping, but was told this could not happen.

The infomercial made the process and product sound so easy but in reality it is not. There are only a few recipes that allow putting all the ingredients in at one time (mostly the ones shown on the infomercial) but most other recipes call for many steps in the food prep that it really does not save that much time and becomes very labor intensive. Our primary reason for the purchase was to have one-step, one-pot meals but unfortunately that is not the case. The fact that it takes over 30 minutes to come up to pressure alone is cause for disappointment, but if a recipe calls for that to be done 3 times in 3 steps, which some do, it is not really a time saver at all. All of this to say: after experimenting with this pressure cooker, we will be returning it.

The person that took my call was very non professional, because I didn't like the fact that she kept on and kept on trying to sell me items that I didn't need after I kept informing her that I didn't need those items, and to my understanding I was supposed to receive a free pan along with the lid that she charged me for and I don't have the pan nor the lid, so I may end up sending this product back.

It was missing a gasket so it did not work right. I called and ordered the gasket and it cost me $6.99 for it. The woman wanted to know where I had bought the cooker and I told her it was a gift. She said I couldn't get a free replacement gasket unless I had the receipt. I said I didn't have the receipt so she said it would cost me $6.99 for a replacement. I told er it was not a replacement because the gasket was missing and never came with the cooker. It still cost me that much.

Ordering went well. The operator seemed to know what I wanted. It then took two days to get any response for the order. It did seem to be acurate and correct. But it has been 3-4 days later and no other information to me. Unacceptable!!! Amazon would have my order at my doorstep by now. I don't even have any delivery time yet.
