So far not a great experience placed order on the 6th, but not informed that my order was out of stock until the 10th when I called to check on order. Unacceptable, I was hoping to get my order b4 Thanksgiving now just being given an estimated time of Dec. 16th thanks a bunch.

My pressure cooker stopped working after 4 times using it. The stream comes out the hold time. I called to talked to someone who really did not explain what was happening, only interested in selling me a part, which I bought so I'm hoping it works.

I ordered a simple little valve for my pressure cooker on the 4th of November, 2017 1. the order says the 6th, so it took 2 Days to process, then 2. it took 3 days to get to DHL in Westborough MA., then 3. it took 1 day to process at DHL and 2 more days before it actually leaves the facility. 4. Now, it's going to take another 6 days to get to Tucson, before they pass it off to the usps for delivery. It took 4 days just to make it to DHL, and 3 more days before it leaves that facility. Now its going to take 6 more days to travel across the US. I would say that something is wrong if it takes that long to get something that weighs 0.106 lbs out of my warehouse and across the country. Customer Service gets a great score of 10 out of 10, but processing the order and shipping get a 2 out of 10.

This rating is for the website. It would not let me order online. I had to call my order in. Each time I put the info in and said process it would tell me I didn’t fill out the type of card. Very frustrating!

The pressure cookers were fine. I went to order glass lids and got pressure cooker lids. Now I am not sure what to do. I thought I would get and invoice but nope. All I have is info on the top of the box. I don't want the lids I go. I ordered over the phone, so I don''t have anything to confirm since it wasn't done online. Not happy at all.

The cook book I ordered and paid for has not arrived yet. Why would you request a feed back when you have not completed your contract.

I used the 1800 number and the check out process was a 30 minutes nightmare, I can understand that you train your sellers to get as much as possible from the customers but a 30 minute call just for the same cocker that I later found on Bed Bath & Beyond cheaper??. Come on!

This item is much, much too heavy. It was very difficult to lift empty; I can't imagine how heavy and awkward it would be if it contained any food items. We were charged $14.97 for a 'free' skillet and the additional item we ordered was not included nor sent. We won't purchase anything in the future from this company.

It took too long to receive the merchandise. And they are delivered 4 pieces (boxes)at the same time. Am not sure if i received all my orders... i dont have the receipts to double check whether all my orders deliverednor not... am very sorry... am still waiting for more... thank you.

The TV add is very miss leading, advertising and showing the 10 qt. but putting the price of the 6 qt. I feel that you have not represented your product true fully.

I received the cooker , but not the cookbook. The coupons are not accessible , as they said would be mailed , never a word about going on line. We are in our 70s everyone is not computer savvy. The recipe I made (chicken pot pie) was not even close, had to cook it 4 times to be able to eat it. As I followed the recipe to the letter. That's why I need the cookbook, maybe more info will help. I will not order Anything else.

had 2 buy accessory kit just 2 get condensation cup. A vital part that is standard on any other pressure cooker you buy in the store, 14.99 reallhy. did not need the other 2 pieces in your accessory kit.

Won't heat up high enough to pressurize it not used that much & have to pay 30.00 for shipping.
