When ordering over the phone I felt harrassed with ALL the prompts she had to read. I ONLY wanted to order the pressure cooker and she INSISTED she had to read the other 10 prompts. It almost made me NOT order the pressure cooker because of the extra!!! I voiced how annoyed I was and she said she HAD to harass me 😡😡

There was to much pressure to buy other things or as it was put upgrades to items that I did not want. I had to tell the person to stop or I would hang up and not buy the 10 qt pressure cooker if she didn’t stop trying to upgrade me any more that was all I wanted to buy !

it would not accept my credit card and I had to call the number and order. The person taking my order on the phone, said there is nothing wrong with your credit card, it must be the web site.

Haven’t received the cooker yet, but my experience with the order and purchasing department sucks, my account has been charged twice, yes the peoples that I talked to from your online store tell me that one of those charges will fall off , I purchased the cooker on the 7th of October, today is the 11th , my bank account is still charged twice , not happy at all , you people better get this corrected soon........

my replacement pot will not fit the cooker. Came damaged.. One side of rim is bent. Lid will not lock.

Cannot get pressure valve to close after first use. Ordered a new one. Hope it helps because I love the product

Could not complete the purchase on line. I had to call to get some questions answered, about the warranty. IF I bough the second cooker that it came with all the things as the first one. Because I wanted it for our other house so I did not have to transport it back and forth.

I bought the 6 yr. warranty with my PPC XL. When I "chatted" with a customer service person online and explained how the non stick surface on the interior pot had worn off, she told me that the interior pot was an accessory and would not be covered under my warranty. The interior pot is NOT an accessory! The PPC won't work without the interior pot! I then called customer service and spoke to someone else who got the new pot sent to me right away for the cost of shipping only.

I tried to submit my order four times. It kept saying I add to enter my credit card which I had entered before I hit the submit button. It was very frustrating. So I called and placed my order online. The lady was nice and gave me a $10.00 discount for my troubles.

The manual was not very precise on how to operate the pressure cooker. I tried one recipe in the tiny cookbook that was sent and it was terrible. We have resorted to using the pressure cooker as a slow cooker and a rice cooker, Have not ventured out to try it as a pressure cooker. Also I ordered a seal and have not received it to date 09/19/2017

You have a problem accepting credit cards, it took me 4 try's to get it to work. Your site will not let me add access. to the order. I had to wait for 2 hours and then call customer service and order the extra racks that I needed, in order to can in the pressure cooker.

only had the pressure cooker for 3 months the seal broke on it and the xl company would not honor a new seal at no charge had to buy another seal for an extra charge

i still don't know what went wrong, I hAVE NOT GOTTEN MY REPLACEMENT PARTS YET. MY 10QT. LID ON THE LAST TWO ATTEMPTS WAS LEAKING EVERYWHERE, I WAS TOLD NUMBEROUS TIMES BY NUMBEROUS CHAT HELPS THE VERY SAME THING, THEY READ OFF A MANUAL PAPER AND WILL NOT VARY FROM IT. I TRIED EVERYTHING THEY SAID BUT NOOOOOOOOOOO. SO I GOT FED UP AND SAID JUST ORDER ME A NEW LID AND A WHAT EVER ELSE I NEED TO MAKE IT COMPLETE, THAT TOOK SOME DOING, UNTIL I FINALLY JUST SAID EITHER OR PLEASE. SO I'M WAITING FOR THE LID. MUST BE COMING FROM CHINA. HAD I KNOWN FROM THE BEGINNING I WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT A FREE ONE FROM CHINA.
