Works well when it seals but sometimes seal does seal in the steam so won't cook..

The float valve gasket fell off and you to order valve and gasket together. That's expensive and I would not recommend this product based on these charges.

The person who took my order charged me twice. I have cancelled the order and still pending my refund. If no refund comes through, my bank is ready to dispute the charges. Leticia A. Gutierrez 210-449-9115

my ppc is not working properly at all it worked properly for the first couple of times then never worked properly after that the timer doesn't count down for the correct cooking cycle and the steam comes out the top of the cover then because the timer doesn't correctly count down for the cooking time it keeps steaming and it will eventually burn the food

I wanted the pressure cooker "ONLY"!!! I was pressured to go through a whole rig-a-moral of stuff I had "NO" interest in. It was a "HORRIBLE" experience!!!!!

I thought I was getting the big cookbook. When my package was delivered it wasn't included. She kept asking me so many questions and trying to sell me more stuff that it was distracting. I'd recommend to buy the cooker through a different source.

It didn't work. We just sent it back for a replacement. We have a friend who has one and loves it, she also agreed that the one you sent us was defective. I sent it back yesterday, hope it doesn't take 2 months to receive replacement. I also expect to pay no handling/shipping charge since the first one was defective. It took over 4 and a half hours to roast a small chicken and completely ruined a chuck roast. Lets hope this one works.

Your Web site stinks... I tried twice to order the book and was cut off before finishing... I had to call on the phone to order and it went through... I received your 32 dollar book and it is a piece of crap to us... There is two of us in this family and the book cooks for an army... The wife still don't know how to use the cooker so she stumbles through some things and has good ones and bad ones...

after cooking with both pots the XL 10QT and 6QT the Teflon coating was coming off. I always use wooden spoons and wash with soft cloths. I've been eating the food with this coating in it and that can't be healthy.

First time you use it, you make sure it seals, that went fine. But when I went to pressure cook something the outside of the unit concaved into itself. Had to send it back for them to send another one. Hopefully the second one will work better.

Tried to make Pasta the first thing after following directions to do before 1st use and the pasta did not work out right and became stuck securely to the bottom of the pan and it appears that that some of the coating came off of the pan. I am hesitant to use it again after that experience. I was wondering what my options are at this point.

What you see on Tv is not what you get. I received round pans instead of square and the recipes don't make sense just as the $100 free grocery. I regret oredering this shit.

The ad said the copper pan was free when purchasing the power cooker. When I called in my order, I was told the matching lid was $4.95 more and I said OK. Now I am charged $14.97 for the copper pan and my phone call got no help with that discrepancy. So I will NOT order from you again, nor will I recommend you to others.

I am trouble getting the pressure valve to close. So far not to happy, you should give a recipe book with the cookers after I purchased 2 of them. I have spent over $300 it should have come with it. I am not that good at finding recipes on line!

It hasn't made me "happy" yet. I ordered over the phone, not online. The woman that took my order was pleasant, had a slight cough throughout the phone call, and took a bit more time than I would have liked inquiring about me purchasing several additional items. Delivery was very fast, which was appreciated since I wanted to use it as soon as possible. When it came, everything was there...except the recipes included were for the 10-qt cooker (I had purchased the 8qt unit), and so I read for a while and found a website address to go to online for "adjusted amounts" located in the recipe pamphlet provided. However, it gave various recipes but no adjusted amounts. And, the toss and go recipe I was looking for wasn't even listed. So, I then contacted the customer service number provided by telephone. The first gentleman I spoke with was extremely difficult to understand and said he "didn't know" the information that I was asking (which was simply what to adjust the ingredient amounts to for this toss and go), so he said he would transfer me to his supervisor. I held for several moments before being transferred to another woman who also had me on hold several different times to "look for that information". After an extended period of time waiting, she finally told me that I had been sent the 10qt books, and that she would mail out the "right ones" for the 8qt, and said that I would receive in "about 7 days". I asked her what I should do with the ingredients I had purchased to make dinner with that night (as I really wanted to use my cooker, and had previously been excited about cooking dinner for my family)...she said nothing. NOT THE BEST FIRST IMPRESSION, and seriously lacking on effective customer service. I was pretty disappointed, and will go for over a week being unable to utilize something I spent almost $200 on.

I ordered the cooker with the square pan and set of for knives, but I didn't get the pan or the knives. I called customer service and found out that my whole order had been changed without my knowledge. Now they're acting like there's birthing they can do.
