Bought the 5 or 6 year replacement warranty. The cooker quit working and they want 30+ dollars to send back and a check for 38.95 to send me the replacement. So I am actually just paying for another one. DONT BUY THE REPLACEMENT> ITS A RIP OFF... Very disappointed in this... Bad Bad Bad

There were no directions as to how to use the product. There were a few videos with "Gene Snisky", whoever he is, where he makes some recipes. You have to be a fast writer to catch the ingredients and directions and there were no quantities mentioned. e.g. For the chili, he browned the "beef" - how much?, put in the beans - how much? The website only markets other products. No more for me.

After I determined my purchases, I was not able to finish the online purchase. I put in my cc info several time to, in fact used 2 different cards, but neither would be approved, although I knew the info was correct. The site kept telling me to put in a valid #. I finally placed the order through the call in customer service.

HARD TO CLOSE THE LID . CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS , MAKE EXCUSES NOT TO CHANGE THE DEFECTIVE PART . WILL NOT RECOMMENDTO ANYONE

I ordered this product in March of 2017. Since then I still have not gained access to the online recipes. I have called several times and they tell me I should have it. It has almost been 6 months since purchase and I still don't have access. I purchased the 8qt pressure cooker along with recipe book. But I am very dissatisfied that I have not gotten good customer service!!

the person selling your product was not knowledge. It was obvious she was reading from a script and could not answer my question until she came to other in her script. Because of this, I won't know what I am getting till it arrives

I was trying to explain that I only needed the little white round washer to hold the thing in without falling out. I had to pay another 10.00 and I am not sure the representative could understand me or if he was trying to understand me. just like last time I purchased this and paid lots of money for it and I cant get the part or the right person to explain what it is I need. hire someone who speaks and understands English would be helpful....... not happy I have only used this 2x and now I cant get the part... :( please help me...

I just order my power pressure on the 07/25/2017, i just got it on 08/01/2017, the box was bang up on had dents in it I try turning it on didn't work so I called on 08/02/2017 to return it and have my money back I ask would I be getting the total amount I paid for she said no not the shipping and handling I don't think that's fair, I was so happy to get this product and now it does work and I don't even get my full amount that I paid for that's not fair to the customers. I think you guy should think about the customers. Thank You

I found the ordering process to be more than needed. I called to order a 10 qt pressure cooker and although I expected other sales pitches, it became ridiculous. It went on and on and on to the point I just said, "This is quite enough" I ordered what I wanted and that was it. The person taking the order continued. When a customer says 'enough", that's what they mean. I almost cancelled the order. Please re think your ordering process. Thank you

I still have not received my order also I told the guy that my town was Watauga I even spelled it for him I look at the order and see it's Fort Worth I probably won't get my order there actually is my address in Fort Worth some body will see what it is and keep it I order this a week ago you need to check my order

I love my power cooker I would rate that a 5 but you need to do something about your web site and your service and sales department. I wasn't able to order on your website so I had to call to order. I then received an e mail offer for a glass lid and inner pot for just processing and handling. $8.99 for the lid and $7.99 for the inner pot. THE WEB SITE WOULD NOT PROCESS MY ORDER! I tried through paypal and 2 credit cards. I have used both credit cards and paypal on other sites since. I called sales and the sent me to your service dept. The service dept said they could order these items for me but only at full price. Is this e-mail a scam used only to get people to look at the accessories on your web site. If not you should honor this offer and fix your website

When I was told what the final price was, I was told shipping and handling and a cookbook. A cookbook was not included in the shipment.

I personally believe that the website is not user friendly, especially in my case when you want to change your order preference. For example in my case i was having a hard time not choosing additional pressure cooker and also just wanted a extra lid for my free pan.

Way to many offers. I called to order an item. Offer me a deal inn more of this, fine. Accessories for this, fine. But it went on, how about magazines, how about a cruise. I just want to check out please.

The stream is coming from the handle of the 6qt. I have sent the 10qt. back due to it being damaged and have not received a replacement.
