I don't know how to get the $100 worth of coupons and I'd like specific instructions of how to use the cook to prepare good dishes for clams, mussels, lobster pots.

We ordered over the telephone. We haven't received it yet but, we were told that it would be 3 payments for the next 3 months of $60 something and we $89 something taken out 2 times on the next day after we ordered it. Not happy about that.

Got thru whole process and it wouldn't accept my address saying it had a problem with my PO Box number even though I had a physical address as well. So I just abandoned the while idea of purchasing the product

I called the service number for a question. The service person figured I was calling about an order. She didn't even ask what I was calling for when she answered. The noise was so bad in the background I couldn't understand her and almost hung up from being frustrated because of the noise. I told her I would just go to the website to order. There was a break from the noise so I decided to order through her. When I started giving her my information the noise in the background got worse. By the time we got through all the information I was so upset because of the back ground noise I was really mad. I hope I get the part with less trouble than the phone conversation. Because I LOVE this product is the only reason I put of with the telemarketing noise in the background.

we only used the pressure cooker 2 times , we ordered the cookbook and still haven't gotten it, I called 3 times to find out why I haven't gotten it and they keep telling me ill get it in 7 to 10 days , the pressure cooking isn't any good to me with out the cook book I may send it back so I'm not a happy customer poor service

Followed the directions and the food burned. Not enough directions of setting the time. Was very disappointed. Looked easy on the t v, but was nothing like it when I tried it. Had water in it, it evaporated and the food burned.

No recipes!!!! Came with 5 recipes...i made 2 of them and the recipes had you add more food than coukd even fit in the pot!! I ordered the largest pot! I cannot find anymore recipes anywhere....stupid

I'm concerned about a few things. First, I didn't make my purchase online, as this questionnaire indicates. Second, I purchased 2 pots, neither of which pressurizes in the 17 minutes the manual states. The 8 quart pot took exactly 34 minutes to pressurize. The 6 quart pot took around 45 minutes to pressurize. I am currently waiting for a replacement lid for the 8 quart pot in the hopes that it will improve the function.

You sales rep was continuing to try the sales pitch several times after her not force it. I know she was only what she was instructed but it turned me of from thinking about ordering another for a family member

it took 3 attempts to order the pp. i spent 50 minutes on april 16th was told the order was complete and i would get a confirmation email. on the next tuesday i tried a chat that failed same thing tge next sunday. on tuesday tge 25th it took 75 minutes and 3 calls to get aconfirmstion email. i was dis connented from the line to call to get my promised $50 walmart gift cstd. i sure hope the vooker is better than this service

The pin in the lid fell out - glad it didn't happen while cooking. Also, have had the run around on getting a pin for the grocery coupons. Very disappointed.

Not a word after several days after ordering. Only thing I've received is two requests to write a review for you. Not much to review other than I ordered TWO pressure cookers and not gotten a shipping notice or back order notice. NOT a good way to start a relationship with a customer. I am a VERY disappointed customer. TOTAL lack of communication from this company. Even if the status is that you can't ship yet, you should at least give me that status. Poor news is still better than NO news. Don't keep your customers hanging like this!

Up SELL!!!! "HOW ABOUT ADDING THIS OH YES BUT COULD BE THAT YOUJUST NEED .... I had one serious question about size suitability for a single person. The largest size was recommended because others had called in and were dissapionted when they could have bought a larger size. Again I am a SINGLE person and rarely feed more than four people. I don't believe that I will be satisfied with the results from such an appliance meant to feed a group of people. When the final price came I was shocked to hear about a shipping and handeling fee of 29.00 and the up sale of about $75.00. Allready I don't like it.

when you are told on tv payments of 33.00 for 3months then you see after you paid 131.00 it still shows you owe 333.00 that don't jive I was planning on buying three for a total

this is a replacement unit for a 6 Qt. cooker. Altho it wasn't used much , it was over the 60 day warrantee. showed an " E4" .Shipping back and forth would have 50 % plus cost of repair. Hope I get better service from it's replacement.(Took out 3 yr. ins on this one.)

I have had to call to find out where and where products will be delivered. I'm still missing my invoice and warranty papers. I happy so far with the PPC XL but the online ordering process and support stinks!!!
