“The cooker is great, 1st one I received was damaged so I returned it, had to call and force the sending of a new one while damaged one was being shipped back, submitted e-mail to get the coupons but NEVER received them!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I also ordered a cook book and accessories which I still have not received. I was promised a $50 Walmart gift certificate which I did not receive and have my doubts about ever receiving. The Grocery Coupons are mostly for products we do not have in our stores here on the Oregon coast. I have not used my power pressure cooker yet because I'm still waiting for my cook book....and waiting.... I'm thinking that maybe I'll just package up the things that I have received and return it all. Very disappointed.”

“The XL has the room to cook without any mess. It is Quick and ease to used. However I bought a frying pan that's is a workless. And I need my money back.”

“Ordered a part that was missing on my pressure cooker. I was going to return it however your customer service person told me that she woulf send the part. Did not tell me it was out of stock. So I'm here waiting on the part for 10 days. Which is the time she told me to wait. No responds in an email on any update on my order. So', i get online to check status and finf out it is out of stock and will take up to two to three weeks. So much for trying you product out! Very dissatified. Cant even try it .”

“The sales person tried to sell me too many unwanted items. I only wanted the pressure cooker, and she kept asking me if I wanted all these other items. That was very annoying and almost made me change my mind and hang up the phone!”

“We are excited to get our Power Pressure Cooker XL haven't tried it yet but read a lot of good reviews! The one thing that I am scratching me head on is the $100 in Grocery card! I was expecting to actually get a $100 gift card upon receiving my Power Pressure Cooker XL but instead its $100 in groceries coupons!!! REALLY!!!!!!! I was expecting a card I'm not a COUPONER!!!!!!”

“I just received it last night, so haven't cooked a meal in it yet. I ordered using the 800#. Specifically asked about the recipe book and grocery card. Asked if the $100 grocery comes on some type of gift card...was told yes. That's incorrect, it's coupons. Also, asked twice if rhw large recipe book was included in price..again told yes, twice! Not included. When I called to ask about the book, was told I could purchase for $30. If the agent doesnt know the answer to questions, dont say yes, so somewhat disappointed by the false advertising! I hope the pressure cooker at least, works as advertised.”

“All I wanted to buy was the Power Pressure Cooker the sales person kept on and on trying to sell everything under the sun. I kept saying no and then it got to the point I finally said if you ask another question about anything else to purchase I'm going to hang up and not buy this Pressure cooker. Very poor sales person.”
