“There is not one thing in the box that tells you how to operate the pressure cooker. The receipt book I ordered never came. Can't use it without some kind of instructions”

“I am still waiting for the rest of my order. I was told I would get a 3 Tier Wire Basket and a Steaming Basket Free ,with my 10 Qt. Pressure Cooker, but I did not receive them. This is what I see advertised on TV, so I expected to receive that. I have called twice & was told they would ship them. I am not sure what they are shipping or when I will receive the rest of what I was promised. Also, I was reading the COPPER CHEF 1Pan-6 Ways to Cook booklet yesterday, and I found out why my Steamer Tray was a mystery to me. It was sitting flat in my fryer pan and it needs 4 legs in the holding slots, which keeps it off the bottom of the pan to let it steam the contents when cooking. I don't know how these orders are filled, but some ones is not doing their job correctly. My salesperson that took my order was very helpful and I expected to receive what she said I would be getting. My confirmation # was 42705629. I can not write my REVIEW until I finish getting what was promised to me. You would not want to read my review as of now, so I will wait tip later. Mary”

“I was not familiar with power pressure cookers until I saw the infomericial about the PPCXL on tv. I was so impressed, I called to order one--which is highly unusual for me. I usually ignore such things on tv. First, I was told the call was being recorded "for quality purposes". I was swayed by the very nice sales person to purchase more things than what I had intended, but I agreed because I was told some of the things were either free or significantly discounted. Later in the day, when I looked over my email receipt, I discovered I was charged for an item I as told "was included", charged regular price for some of the things I was told were discounted, and an item was not on the receipt that I was originally told was included for free. I called the customer service #. The woman on the phone was adamant that the information on the receipt was accurate, and the free and discounted items should not have been. I recommended she listen to the recorded call to learn what I was told. She was not willing to change the order to what I had been originally promised. I canceled the order.”

“I ORDERED THE PRESSURE COOKER OVER A WEEK AGO AND WAS PROMISED I WOULD RECEIVE THE COOKER BY FRIDAY MARCH 31,2017. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE COOKER YET AND NO INDICATION IT WAS EVEN SHIPPED.”

“I did not receive my complete order. I had additionally ordered the copper frying pan and lid with the cookbook which didn't arrive with my delivery. I will be sending your pressure cooker back as I feel that I have been taken advantage of.”

“I placed my order for one 10 quart power pressure cooker and was charged for two. I called customer service to have it changed to one unit. The price was $192.00 for shipment of this product but I was charged $310.65. After the additional unit was removed I was told it now would cost $210.65 to have it shipped. I'm not sure about the charges and the experience I have had with this company in the last three days. Please work on how orders are taken over the phone, since your website does not confirm the order placed via email.”

“this is strictly the rate of the policy for the sales line. I am still waiting for the cooker to come in so I can't make any comments on the unit itself. the reason for the poor rating is that I was only trying to purchase the cooker and the sales rep continued to sale me everything under the sun. I know that is the rep's job but sometimes you just need to sale the unit the customer is calling for and that's that.”

“I called to order the pressure cooker and was overwhelmed by the person taken the order trying to upsell other products addition to the product. makes ordering on the phone a pain if there are other products that go with the product your ordering it should be seen on TV so you can make the decision to order before you get hammered on the phone, and I received my pressure cooker but not the copper pan that goes with it so I have to call customer service today”

“Not happy with service. Received the product 4 days ago. Parts missing. When I called to speak with customer service they said they were sorry for my inconvenience and they would be sending the parts free of charge but that they were charging me $6 and some odd cents to ship items. Not happy at all. Still have not received parts. Not my fault they did not put all parts in package!”
