“I wanted to order one item ONLY, your rep. kept trying to sell me other items that I was not interested in, to the point of almost causing me to hang up and forget the whole thing. Your high pressure, continued attempted selling, eeven after I told rep. I WAS ONLY WANTING ONE ITEM ! was offensive and in-professional”

“Would not order another pressure cooker. The sales person tried to sell me everything she could , I just wanted the 10 quart cooker. I told her I just wanted the cooker. Got the 1st charge , it had all the extras I didn't want,. Unbelievable!!! I will never buy from this company again!!! Very dissatisfied, beware!!!”

“Whole process was a hassle. Tried to sell a bunch of stuff that I didn't want and I'm sure would be a big profit for them. Still haven't received the cookbooks that I was told came with the deal. The$100 grocery savings looks convoluted and difficult. I hope it's worth at least a few dollars.”

“I think your customer service people are just plain stupid. I called to pay the balance owed and they tell me i cant pay. I hung up called back and this time i get transferred to a supervisor. I tell her the same thing i want to pay the balance she tells me its already paid for. Then i get an email from my credit card company stating my purchase was declined but i never authorized you all to charge my credit card the full amount. Yet the first time i called he wanted me to pay the entire bill but you have already charged 50.00 to my card.”

“Quit trying to sales me everything you have to offer all I wanted was the pressure cooker and the square fry pan lid. Every time I tried to complete the order I was asked to but something else. I selected poor because I haven't received the pressure cooker.”

“Each time I order more than one item my full order was never sent which is very frustrating eventhough the last time on March 13 I was assured by the agent that I would receive all the items in 2 separate order. When I checked the status of the 2 orders, only one was sent....very frustrating since it happened 3 times.”

“I have the pressure cooker 8-quart. I just ordered and received the Pressure Cooker XL. I paid for two cookbooks. And have not receive them. Tried customer service. Was asked for me to call back later. Can't even understand the person on the other line. This needs to be fixed.”

“Your advertising started that your cook book and canning book came with your purchase which were vaulted at $20.00 each and a bonus item of a square or rounded lid and some other items for you to pick one while these items last and then they charged $2:75 for the lid and $20:00 dollars for the cook book”

“When I called the number, I told the man I wanted to pay all at once and he tried to sell me a bunch of other stuff that I didn't want. He gave me a confirmation number and ended the call. I looked at my account, I was charged 2 times on 2 different days for the same items. I called customer service to complain but the guy told me there wasn't 2 charges and that the confirmation number that the first guy gave me, wasn't a real number. I finally had to call my bank and get my money back because no one would help me”

“The offers for other products is way over the top. I found it very annoying and would be more than likely to suggest ordering in a different manner in order to avoid this or to flat out consider another offer. That said, the salesperson was your redeeming factor, professional and just doing his job. If it were not for trying to sell me a number of other products I had no interest in, the rating would have been good to very good. Thanks for asking.”

“I have already shared with others I just ordered the 10 qt pressure cooker. However, I reiterated to them you fools are the reason I do not buy of infomercials. High pressure sales tactics. Never satisfied with the order request. Try forcing a customer to add on additional units, warranty costs, and added fees for a cook book that appeared to come free during the commercial. I may like the unit once I have it, but would not recommend my friends to call in to order one. Mark DeBaker Denmark, WI”
