Endured the upsell process, ordered last week, but was not told anything about backorders nor significant delay in receiving anything (now more than a week additional added to expected ship date!) And this had to be determined with a long call by me to find out what was happening. Not impressive, and will certainly diminish the first impression of the products received - when ever that may be.

The order I placed on line never went through. I thought it odd I didn't get a confirmation number or a thank you or your order has been placed comment when I was finished. This was on Sunday March 5, 2017. I called on the following day and no record of !y order. I spoke to a Brian I'd m79 or 1079. He was very helpful and I accepted him placing my order by phone. The only thing he couldn't do for me was use my 20% off promo code "fusionlife" even though my coupon said to use the code at checkout or call an 800 #. PS. I don't think your invoices really break down what exactly you are supposed to receive. I am awaiting my order

Just got it. Wife is all excited. When following the initial cleaning the literature said in general 17 minutes before pressure cooking starts. I filled the container to 2/3 full and it took 27 minutes before the blinking timer started the 10 minutes countdown for the canning setting. None of the advertising on TV or in online literature really addresses the wait time prior to the fast cooking touted in all the advertising. How long does it take for frozen chicken to get to the actual start of pressure cooking time? Guess I'll find out some day.

your cooker is a lot more complex than you make it seem on tv! and you forgot to tell me I had to live in death valley to do any canning . the Theiss cook book is like the pot to COMPLEX!!! POUND YOUR FOOD WITH FLAVOR!! I think I`am the one that got pounded!!

Although I have not received my order yet, if I am to compare the product , "The Power Pressure Cooker XL" with the customer service I have received I cannot in all honest give a rating any higher than poor. The only reason I did not rate it as very poor is because I have not had the chance to use the product yet.Below is my post from FaceBook: "Do NOT order from this company if you expect them to follow through on their promises. My order was supposed to be charged over 3 months but was charged all at once. When I contacted the company online they told me there was nothing they could do. When I was asked for someone that could help me, they gave me the customer service number. I contacted the customer service number and was offered $30.00 off my order but if I accepted this offer, I could not return the product for any reason other than damage in shipment. When I told them that was unacceptable, they said that I could just not accept the order. Then reorder it, Of course they would not refund any shipping and handling, and I would then be charged the S&H when I reordered. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY." End of FB post. By refusing to correct their mistake and not reversing the full charge to my debit card, this company has in effect made it impossible for me to try their product for at least 3 more weeks. Living only on Social Security Disability and expecting a charge of about $60.00 to my account, but getting the surprise of a charge in excess of $160.00 my budget for this month has been completely shot. It was a stretch to buy this product to begin with, but it was something my wife wanted. Please note that my wife has been in the emergency room at least 13 times since January 01/2017 and has spent about 10 days hospitalized during that time . She has also averaged 3 doctor appointments per week since the new year. I was hoping that by getting something that she has been wanting would help her feel better. But when it is delivered on this Monday ( maybe) and she will have to just look at it for several weeks because we will NOT be able to buy any more groceries this month ( other than milk and bread) because of this extra charge,. What a depressing thought for a bipolar woman with a multitude of medical problems. I hope your failure to apply the charges over 3 months has helped your bottom line enough that you can feel good about yourselves and your company . I hope it is worth disappointing a sick individual and making a customer angry enough to rate your product so low and to add my disappointment and anger to FaceBook and other online media.

Im not happy with my 6qt pressure cooker xl...It will not seal unless i push the lid down very hard..i called customer service, Im feel there was a language misunderstanding, CS told me I need a gasket for the piece under the handle? I have one, he said there should be 2..it was free, but shipping was 6.99...wow..Im hoping I can get it to work,or I want a replacement...thank you...my plan was to buy 4 more for my adult children

I have not yet received the pressure cooker so I cannot honestly make a review. I am very disappointed that you would ask me to write a review knowing perfectly well that the pressure cooker was only mailed yesterday so I could not have received it.

This is not a rating on the product, it is the process of shipping. I only received 1 tracking number for my order which included the Power Pressure Cooker XL and the Copper Chef Pan W/Bonus items. The order # is 21586-2017-09122-027 and the only tracking number I received was 1Z87275FYW19613296. I received the Copper Chef box, but never got the pressure cooker XL. I called and spoke to Richard in your customer service dept. this morning and he said they were delivered on 3/1 and 3/3. How could there be only 1 tracking number if the items were delivered on 2 different days? I only had 1 key to our drop boxes in my mailbox and it only had 1 box (copper chef pan). He said they would resend and I would receive by the 20th, but I'm not happy about this process!!!

On line was very unsatisfactory. I had to actually call to place the order. Problem #1 While placing the delivery address and billing address the line that calls for the "City" will not allopw for the full city name. My city is Fairview Heights but the field only allowed Fairview Heig. When something like this occurs it makes me wonder what other flaws the site or actual products might have. Problem #2 In the descriptive information on the actual products not one gives the product model number. Product numbers are important to the customer. Example: I wanted to order one of the cook books but it ask for the pressure cooker model number. I couldn't even make a good guess.

my power pressure cooker was damage during the shipping. It has a large dent on the side of it I... need to have it re place. please tell me how to do this.

I was able to use my powercooker for 2 weeks, that's it! The floater valve fell out, I ordered a new one and my cooker sits on my counter, useless for the past month and a half...and counting! New part was ordered and waiting, and waiting.... SUPER UNHAPPY! Yet my monthly payments are taken out of my account, religiously, no failing each month! Can't say it enough; SUPER UNHAPPY!

Very unhappy I only had the pressure cooker, for a short time. One of the parts needed to be replaced. Already!!!!!' Guess what I have to pay for it.. I don't mind paying, if I had it for a time but less than a few mo. Come on, stand behind you product. No confidence, Marilyn
