I had one b4 n i loved it that my sister took it n now i had brought 2 of them now and iam waiting for it and the customer service is. Rude and get mad at me cause i keep asking for shipping date

I haven't been able to use it yet because it didn't come with any instructions. My cookbook hasn't arrived. This is a review about my website purchasing experience, and I didnt' order it from the website, I ordered it from the TV and called. I don't appreciate all of the add-ons that keep you on the phone for almost 25 minutes.

Took way to long one lady went on vacation and left me hanging. They could have at least sent me a little something for all my stress. It took a month to get it replaced. That sucked

Not that really that impressed. I need a better work manual for the cooker and a cook book that talks about meals that one would use for everyday meals and just some one would make for very special events.

The lining of the pot started to peel away after the second use. The warranty wasn't long enough for me to return it in time to get a even exchange. I had to but a whole new lining. I hope this one last.

We like the pressure cooker, but we didn't receive the copper pan set that we ordered with it. Now we have to call customer service...what a pain!

My ordering is all I can speak of. 2 out of 5. There was so much commotion going on in background we could hardly communicate. Not my background- your ordering dept.

the food cooked in it is very good but i bought 2 8qt cookers and the pot finish came off after a couple of uses and i used teflon utensils pot quality needs work thank you sincerly phillip tinnin

The gasket you sent for the 10 qt is to big . It wouldn't even build the pressure, I should of listened to Jahan to send a new 10 qt out to me. I have been waiting for a supervisor to call me back. Left message for Rosie, Thank You Karen Martin.

I thought the pressure cooker came with a stem tray. Customer service explained that it came with but there's different accessories along with it. He gave me brief review of what I had but didn't say anything about the stem tray. I'm confused!

I haven't received them yet n m sure the product itself is awesome, but when I place n order I don't want to b bombarded with a ton of other things shoved in my face. The pans that said they were free, I got charged 14.95 a piece n my invoice doesn't even mention the two kids I wanted for the pans. Pretty disappointed. I wanted to order a couple more smaller ones but don't want to go thru the hassle again n get charged for more "free stuff.

After I place my order I see there at Costco for the same price BUT I HAD TO PAY $30 for shipping not happy about that I going to send them back

To Whom it May Concern, One of my peeves is when I get charged for an item I ordered & I haven't received it yet. I ordered two Power Pressure Cooker XL's, on Tuesday, 11-21-2017. They were supposed to arrive within 7 - 10 days. I was hoping to receive it yesterday, but not yey. Now I have a payment already charged on my credit card. NOT OKAY!! Please do not charge customers until after the delivery. Still waiting on my pressure cookers. Lexina Diane Lore

The original pot that came with the unit should have been non- stick, but the bottom burnt and could not clean the pot - the longest anything ever cooked was 20 min. Called 1st rep said it was covered- did not have any in stock call back next week Called back 1 week later pot was not covered by manufacturer The company would not cover the known problem- $33.00 for a pot. I would not recommend this product.- Disappointed

I need a pressure valve and I tried to order it online but it never would go through. I tried 2 different browsers and 2 different credit cards. I put in all my information along with the credit card numbers and everything but when I pushed submit it told me I had to enter my credit card information. I don't know why. Then I talked to someone with the online chat and he sent me a link to the website. ??? Then he gave me the Toll free number. I called that number and they gave me a different number. I finely placed my order with her and a few days later I tried to track my order and found out it was on back order. I don't know if I will ever receive it. If I don't my pressure cooker with me worthless. I would try to return it but I purchased it through JC Penny's I believe. A few weeks before this I did the online chat trying to explain that my pressure valve would not do the quick release. He had no idea what I was trying to say. We went back an forth with that. He just copied and pasted something from the owners manual. Duh! I have used it many times. Then he told me I had to turn the valve to release the pressure. Duh, I did that too. I was so frustrated at this guy that seem to have no idea what he was talking about that I just said good-by and ended the chat. I love the Power Pressure Cooker xl but I have had bad experiences with the company, the website, and customer service.

The ordering process using website had glitches where my card was billed multiple times. I sent an email to rectify situation and my entire order was then cancelled instead of addressing the billing issue. Now the gift will not arrive to its destination on time and I have to re order the item. Customer service and ordering process failed.

Hard to rate this item when I have not received the cooker to try and its been almost week since I order the product. But I bought a 8 quart year ago love it but I love to rate this one but no until I receive it.

I'm a little disappointed; I ordered a part for my pressure cooker on the 13th of November and as of the 6th of December I still haven't received my order supposedly it shipped on the 28th of November
