“I could not purchase online for some reason. I had to make telephone contact. The pereson was helpful but I had to listen to all the offers before I could complete the transaction.”

“Quick start up, cooks well. I really like the keep the food warm after it depressurizes. Clean up is easy. Looks great on the counter top. I recommend it often to my friends.”

“Could not complete the purchase on line. I had to call to get some questions answered, about the warranty. IF I bough the second cooker that it came with all the things as the first one. Because I wanted it for our other house so I did not have to transport it back and forth.”

“I bought the 6 yr. warranty with my PPC XL. When I "chatted" with a customer service person online and explained how the non stick surface on the interior pot had worn off, she told me that the interior pot was an accessory and would not be covered under my warranty. The interior pot is NOT an accessory! The PPC won't work without the interior pot! I then called customer service and spoke to someone else who got the new pot sent to me right away for the cost of shipping only.”

“I tried to check out with paypal & the website wouldn't let me. Then I tried to check out with my credit card & yet again wouldn't let me. So I had to call to place my order & it took over 30 minutes because the operator had to try & sell me everything that I didn't want. Hopefully it's worth it!”
