“we were sent the wrong item. i ordered two cookbooks for the Power Pressure Cooker and i received cookbooks for grilling food, etc. now i need to ship both back and hopefully get the correct order.”

“Your website would not let me place an order. It kept rejecting every credit card I tried. This didn't happen just once. I tried about a month ago and the same problem. I had to call customer service to place my order. I wish I didn't have to speak to someone in India. I hope you can get your website fixed.”

“I had such a bad experience with the website that I eventually just called the 800 number and placed my order there. I have not received the PPC yet, but have watched the videos of it on Youtube and expect a better experience using the product rather than ordering it.”

“I haven'y yet received it, but read the latest report from Consumer Reports November issue says it will not even withstand lasting during the 60 day Guarantee period. I might just cancel and return it. i think I might just cancel nd return it/”

“I have the 8 quart pressure cooker so I wanted the 10 quart to be able to cook and bake bigger quantity. Can't wait in till I receive it. I will make a big batch of Beef Barley Soup the first night! Thank you for making it bigger.”

“I have not used it yet. But I will say that I regret ordering over the phone. I know the staff is to offer additional items but this person was hard to understand and it was practically harassment when pushing additional products. Big turn off!”

“This is actually a replacement from our original that suddenly stopped working after 6 months. I was devastated as I LOVE my Pressure Cooker. Customer service was AMAZING and replaced it with no fuss. I arrived very quickly in 4 days. We are very impressed with the level of service received. I cannot wait to get back to cooking!!
