“We haven't used it yet, but I am sure it will be great. I am concerned because we did not receive the frying pan that was suppose to be free plus I ordered the lid for it for $14.97. Can you check on this for me? Order # is 21586201740226062 was ordered on Oct 3rd via phone call. I must admit the processing fee was a bit on the expensive side also, I will still keep it but also want the square frying pan and lid delivered. Thank for your help”

“As requested I an writing a review about my website purchase experience. The website would not allow me to make my online purchase of a power pressure cooker. I tried to make the online purchase twice, but neither attempt appeared to go through when I pushed submit. I called your support help line and they informed me that I would need to call back during regular business hours and talk with an agent to find out if the purchase had been processed. I called back during regular business hours and talked to an agent who informed me that my attempts had not been processed. The agent then made my purchase of a Power Pressure Cooker XL. Online experience Very Poor, but talking with the agent was Good and the purchase was made.”

“After loosing my wife to cancer, I had to learn to cook. The power Pressure cooker was a life saver, along with all the easy to use recipes. It's simple load it up set it and forget it, I'm able to eat good nutritious meals. Thanks Willie P”

“The first pressure cooker blew up, thank God nobody was burned or injured. I reported the incident to customer service but it took a long time before anything was done. After repeated attempts to contact someone I just gave up - then someone contacted me. All in all it was an experience I hope I never have to repeat for obvious reasons. The original pressure cooker malfunctioned on November 8, 2016.”

“I received the power pressure XL & I was about to use it today & upon taking the product from the box I notice it had a big dent on the side of the pressure cooker. I'm afraid to use it, it might burn down my house! You should replaced this power pressure cooker immediately! I paid $170. Something on this junky product. Im very dissatisfied.”
