“I am vey happy with the pressure cooker.Dont care for small parts keep falling of while washing. Not happy with sales dept. Tell you anything to get you to buy product we were told we would receive a Walmart card and cook book never came in”

“well I like it because it cooks everything I want and in less time ,and I found it to be a very good cooker that takes the place of a lot of cookers. I love the fact that I can just set the timer and walk away. I love it so much that I have been telling other people about getting it.”

“I tried to order 3 times. After tapping "Process Order", I would receive the error message that I needed to input my card number -- which, obviously, I had already done. A lady called me later in the afternoon to see why my cart was active but had not been paid for, and I told her that I had already placed the order by phone.”

“Amazing how fast you can have a meal. I still did not see any papers on the $15 3 Yrs Protection Plan for my Power Pressure Cooker 10 QT. If I had a problem where would I get help from? Since I did not have papers to register receiving the cooker.”

“My first time use was making thick pork chops. I followed directions in the cookbook, which I really like, and the chops turned out moist, tender and delicious. I got the feel for my new pressure cooker and I love it! Easy, fast and I wasn't afraid of it. My grandfather, 55 years ago, decided to see what my mother was cooking in her pressure cooker. Thankfully, the chicken landed on the ceiling and grandpa didn't get hurt. I am sure it scared him though. I love my new pressure cooker 10qt and can't wait to try some canning. It will be much easier for me this next summer when my peaches ripen. Thank you all. Everything was delivered in a timely fashion. God Bless, Carol Holm Reno, Nevada!”

“I love my XL, it’s an awesome appliance. Customer service is great too. However, I ordered an inner pot, for my model ppc780, first time they sent wrong size, 45 days later, they still haven’t refunded my money, saying they haven’t received it.( really.?) paid another fee for “correct”size, I was reassured! Wrong again. Sent it back! Sent yet another one( reassured again), got it today.. wrong again..each one I’ve received is about 1/4” too tall and the lid will not lock!!”

“I was disappointed in the operational instructions. They are lacking, and could be improved on. Once I figured out how to operate the pressure cooker I was happy I bought it. I am glad I bought the 10 qt. size. Anything else would be too small in size. I cooked a pot roast and carrots as my first meal. Everything was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this product to anyone.”

“Not happy used it once worked fine but now the pot doesn't close and it doesn't relieve pressure and it doesn't count down so I don't know,when it's done cooking”

“I love it , while I cook , i'm doing chores,by cooking it allows me to do extra things, moping sweeping. The way it cooks is fast, meat is really tender, and its incredible the amount that I have for free now. it cooks super fast , I'm really amazed, no flipping the meats no burning pans. avoid heat in kitchen. I think I love it most than my husband . this machine really becomes yOUR best friend. less washing. the meats have an incredible flavor. last night I had a get together with my family they love the buffalo wings, now they are ready to order. it is worth buying it, it is priceless. all woman, men should buy it believe you will fall in love I did...”

“We are very disappointed with the 10quart. It ruined 100dollars worth of canning pickles. We are proud owners of the 6quart for 3years. The 10quart will be returned today. We are disgusted with your phone service and being charged again to return it.”

“I am writing about my online experience. I tried to order an inner pot and another time I tried to order a pressure valve for the pot I already own. I wasn't able to complete either order because I was told that you couldn't process my credit card. I checked with VISA and my card was fine. I had to call to order my part. I gave up on the inner pot.”

“I'm giving 3 stars only because a piece was missing from the pressure relief valve (rubber O ring) and they made me pay $9.99 for it ... Sorry but I just bought it literally a week ago and only made 2 things with it, kept wondering why it leaked so much steam. So yep 3 stars, 5 if they would have just sent the missing piece without having to pay for it.”
