“My PPCXLis great, I have had it for a number of months and made / created all kinds of meals. I attempted to purchase a replacement pot on line, but fortunately for me it would not accept pay pal payment. I called Customer Service the next day and the rep that I spoke with I formed me that since I had a six year warranty the only cost would be the shipping for the new pot. The original pot lost it non-stick properties and that was the reason for needing a new pot. I really appreciate the customer service and the PPC XL, Thank You very much.”

“Oct 21, 2017 I need to order (1) 10 qt. pressure cooker. Please call me 314-378-4274 Nov 23, 2017 I have ordered (4) of the 8qt units and they work well. I ordered a 10qt unit 3 weeks ago and as of today, I have not received my 10qt pressure cooker. Whats going on? How about some feedback from you???? “I received the cooker , but not the cookbook. The coupons are not accessible , as they said would be mailed , never a word about going on line. We are in our 70s everyone is not computer savvy. The recipe I made (chicken pot pie) was not even close, had to cook it 4 times to be able to eat it. As I followed the recipe to the letter. That's why I need the cookbook, maybe more info will help. I will not order Anything else.”

“I have not used my stove over a year I only use the stove for Browning sometimes I panic when I had to replace the top,when I placed the top where it should not have been my friends are so impressed they can't wait to order there's because they can't use mine”

“had 2 buy accessory kit just 2 get condensation cup. A vital part that is standard on any other pressure cooker you buy in the store, 14.99 reallhy. did not need the other 2 pieces in your accessory kit.”

“Living in the boonies, I discovered that my 'official' address is different from the one I've been using for the past 3 years (even though my mail still makes it to me). This caused an issue when ordering online, but a very helpful phone rep was able to aid me in my order and I received the replacement inner pot for my pressure cooker. Time to resume my fall canning; Thank You very much!!”
