“Not sure how it work, have not tried it yet. I'm rating the customer service. We didn't receive all the items we ordered, when I called back the representative was very rude. She act like it was my fault my shipment was lost, I was brushed off. Not happy with the service I received.”

“Taking the order is alright and fairly quick but the delivery is taking too long. It takes almost 14 days for delivery. one loses interest in the stuff by then. So whether I am happy about it is subjective.”

“Love the Power Pressure Cooker XL as I am able to cook AND can in it so easily. I took on the challenge of cooking every mean in the cooker for a week. Meal time became so easy and I was able to quickly and easily provide a full dinner in a short amount of time. The only complaint is that the website does not work for online/paypal or visa ordering.”

“This item is much, much too heavy. It was very difficult to lift empty; I can't imagine how heavy and awkward it would be if it contained any food items. We were charged $14.97 for a 'free' skillet and the additional item we ordered was not included nor sent. We won't purchase anything in the future from this company.”

“I have ordered the following: One cooker, one cookbook. I am also to receive the following free items: 2 cooker inserts, one skillet and a gift card for $100. As of today, Nov. 1, 2017, I have only received the cooker. I received an email advising me that I would be receiving one cooker and one skillet. No mention of the other 4 items. So far, the only item received is the cooker. I shall be returning the cooker if the other 5 items do not arrive. Thank you, Laura A. Johnson”

“It took too long to receive the merchandise. And they are delivered 4 pieces (boxes)at the same time. Am not sure if i received all my orders... i dont have the receipts to double check whether all my orders deliverednor not... am very sorry... am still waiting for more... thank you.”

“After explaining several times what I needed, repeating several times the model # of my product and asking the person I was talking to, to repeat what she said because I could not understand what she was saying. I finally was able to order what I needed. Several times I had to also tell her that my product held 4 - 1 pint jars and she insisted that it had to hold 4 or 8 quart jars. Finally she checked things out and found out that I knew what I was trying to tell her was accurate. I received my part in about 4-6 days.”

“Ordering parts for my Pressure cooker was incredibly difficult. Haven't received my order yet but from the email stating it has shipped it is the Wrong Part. I order all the time online and this is the first time that it was not a good experience. Since you guys can't get right I will try to order the part that I need through Amazon.”
