“I am very unhappy! I was told when I ordered two 10 qt power pressure XL's that they would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. The next day when I checked my order, I see where all the items I ordered are out of stock and it would be 2 to 3 weeks. A week later it still stated the same thing. I think I should have been informed of this BEFORE I placed my order!”

“This rating is for the website. It would not let me order online. I had to call my order in. Each time I put the info in and said process it would tell me I didn’t fill out the type of card. Very frustrating!”

“The pressure cookers were fine. I went to order glass lids and got pressure cooker lids. Now I am not sure what to do. I thought I would get and invoice but nope. All I have is info on the top of the box. I don't want the lids I go. I ordered over the phone, so I don''t have anything to confirm since it wasn't done online. Not happy at all.”

“i like the ease of use. float valve is a flaw. is there a way to improve it . it continually falls out. i had to even order as a new part. the shipping arrangement you have is annoying because it should NOT take over a week for such a small part. snail mail would have been faster than DHL. just saying. if customer service and satisfaction is important to you, than i recommend attention to the concerns . you have a great product. thank you”

“I used the 1800 number and the check out process was a 30 minutes nightmare, I can understand that you train your sellers to get as much as possible from the customers but a 30 minute call just for the same cocker that I later found on Bed Bath & Beyond cheaper??. Come on!”

“I've never owned a pressure cooker. I.bought it since me and my husband both work. The goal is to.have more wholesome meals during the week. I used it yesterday for Sunday dinner and my meal was ready in 45 minutes. It usually takes 2 to 4 hours on Sunday to make my meals. Looks like this is going to be a winner for the family. My kids were excited also. They seen the infomercials”
