“I need a pressure valve and I tried to order it online but it never would go through. I tried 2 different browsers and 2 different credit cards. I put in all my information along with the credit card numbers and everything but when I pushed submit it told me I had to enter my credit card information. I don't know why. Then I talked to someone with the online chat and he sent me a link to the website. ??? Then he gave me the Toll free number. I called that number and they gave me a different number. I finely placed my order with her and a few days later I tried to track my order and found out it was on back order. I don't know if I will ever receive it. If I don't my pressure cooker with me worthless. I would try to return it but I purchased it through JC Penny's I believe. A few weeks before this I did the online chat trying to explain that my pressure valve would not do the quick release. He had no idea what I was trying to say. We went back an forth with that. He just copied and pasted something from the owners manual. Duh! I have used it many times. Then he told me I had to turn the valve to release the pressure. Duh, I did that too. I was so frustrated at this guy that seem to have no idea what he was talking about that I just said good-by and ended the chat. I love the Power Pressure Cooker xl but I have had bad experiences with the company, the website, and customer service.”

“I am amazed on how it cooks dry beans so fast without having to soak them. Great flavor too. Your website wouldn't let me make an online purchase though I had to phone in to buy a part.”

“The ordering process using website had glitches where my card was billed multiple times. I sent an email to rectify situation and my entire order was then cancelled instead of addressing the billing issue. Now the gift will not arrive to its destination on time and I have to re order the item. Customer service and ordering process failed.”

“I started with the 6 qt. and decided to purchase the 10 qt. Love the mechanics of the cooker but not the inside pot. The non-stick on the 6 qt peeled horrible so I had to order a new pot. Also, the valve on the 6 qt. broke andI needed to replace it. I am now extremely cautious with the 10 qt. I wish the company would offer a stainless steel pot without the non-stick coating. Unfortunately, Customer Service is lacking as you don't actually offer a solution. The company just doesn't send behind their product. I sent pictures of the peeled pot, it is obviously an manufacturing defect in the non-stick coating. The pot should have been replaced free of charge. I' am sorry I purchased the 2nd cooker as the inside pot has the same problem. I purchased the second one around 6 month after the first as I needed the size. I have to say aside from the pot issue the cooker works well. Having a pot roast in an hour is great! Just having to be extremely, extremely careful is not a joy!”

“I haven't received my order, yet. So, I can rate the product. When I tried to order the product, the person that I spoke with was very rude. When I asked for a confirmation order number, he got upset and said that was why he asked for my email address. When I didn't get the confirmation email, I had to wait until the next day to speak with someone. I spoke with a women and she was very nice. She could not understand why the other guy did not give me a confirmation order number to begin with. She could not find my email. So, I gave her it to her and she gave me a confirmation number over the phone and my email.”

“I am not a good cook, nor do I even like to cook, but I did make a pot roast, using my PP Cooker XL, and it was delicious! Both my sister and brother also loved it. It was tender, flavorful and quick and easy to make. I will definitely try other recipes with the cooker.”

“I can not rate the product, I haven't received it yet. As for my experience with the on-line purchase, the website was not working properly. I was unable to buy the product through this site, I had to call the phone number and i explained everything to the woman I spoke to.”

“I tried numerous times to pay with a credit card but was unsuccessful. I finally clicked on “pay by check” and was taken to the next screen saying that my order would be shipped. Only problem is the items listed was NOT what I ordered! I had to call the following day to get everything corrected. Another thing that was a problem is that you don’t ship to Hawaii where I live. One huge problem after another.”

“Customer Service- Received product with 8” dent . Contacted customer service and they instructed me to return for replacement and it would be received by Thanksgiving. Product sent back on 11-7-17. Received notice of refund and order cancelled on 11-20-17. Contacted Customer service and was informed the order was cancelled due to not wanting product. Spoke to Pauline G28. Received same information. Reordered but due to your error, return and replace instruction were added to returned product, I am being charged shipping and handing and informed that the 3 year warranty was on the returned product and an additional warranty would have to be purchased. I challenged this and was told the original warranty would be attached to the new product. Received run around by several customer service agents and the willingness to make this mistake that one of you agents on the initial contact was not made right by Pauline G28. Lorraine Glasser 830-426-2939. This being said though the product may be excellent your company will not be recommended by me. Check your records this is not the first purchase I have made with your company.”
