“I have this Pressure Cooker. Ordered for grandson for Christmas. But my gosh, what I had to go through. Why do you have your folks try to sell every other thing under the sun just to put in the order. Very frustration.”

“Very impressed with this company. I received my Power Pressure Cooker as a Christmas gift in 2014. In October 2017, I called the company about replacing the inner pot as the non-stick coating wore off and food was sticking and burning. They said they no longer had the pot replacement but I could mail my Cooker back to them and they would replace it with the new updated version. And they would pay the return shipping! I gladly agreed to do that. After I mailed the box to them, I doubted I would receive a replacement or that I would ever hear from them again. I was surprised when the company called me a few weeks later to tell me they were shipping the new unit but I needed to pay the $24.99 shipping costs. Unsure I was doing the right thing, I went ahead and gave my credit card info - again doubtful I would actually receive a new version of the Power Pressure Cooker. A couple of days later I received an email with the tracking number for FedEx. I now have a new Power Pressure Cooker. Will definitely recommend doing business with this company.”

“I have only made one meal from it but it was delicious. The very first time I washed it the small rubber seal flew off somewhere and I needed to order another $10 assembly to replace a $.30 seal. Maybe and extra should be included in the package. The cook books are good and simple. My type of cooking. Thumbs up for me.”

“The telephone rep should make sure the street address is correct be for the request is complete. I had to call back to correct my address for the FedEx shipment was done.”

“I really like that meat comes out so quickly and so tender. The moisture attachment got caught between the pot and the cooker and it melted. I will have to get a replacement. If you didn't buy the recipe book, you will be lost at first.”

“When the power pressure cooker is working correctly, the meat entree is generally tender, and has great taste when served. One hour to cook most meats is amazing, as it generally takes a little longer than that to cook a roast, or a ham, etc...”

“At this time i can't tell yet how my experience was because i have just used my pressure cooker only twice when it just failed to build pressure. The cooker has been out of service for two years when i realized that i bought an extended warranty, so i sent it . But on the 2x that i've used it I'm happy with it, cooks fast!”

“youe customer service girl blanltry told me id have both cookers by Christmas after calling back do to her error in shipping address i asked again about both cookers and was told then i wouldnt get them till jan 7th i went as far as the supervisor in which told me she would contact her superior but wouldnt do anything about my order. i then called back being so pissed off about it all that i called to cancel my order and was told it would be in and then wouldnt give me discount i then asked about how long they wouldnt tell me other than yes order shipment would bein this week never told me how much i would get if i kept the 300.00 order so no one can tell me when i get the order or my discount i want answer from the owner of his product and let me tell him how ive been treaterd after this being my 4 cooker purchase and see how he thinks ive been treated in his product straight thru from power pressure cooker.com im telling everyone i know this cvause you can hold up your end. i demand answers today 405-8375412”

“I can't as I have not received it yet. Ordered Nov 15. When I questioned its where-abouts.. customer service said may be by Dec 24th. When I ordered the 2nd power pressure cooker - I was again quoted 5-7 days for delivery. Not pleased with this. As this company knows they are behind.. Just tell me when I can expect my cookers”
