“Don't even have it yet but I'm furious. Your website would not take my credit card for som reason. So I had to call in my order ( during work hours ) your operator was helpful but didn't understand I had to get back to work but his script didn't understand that. What I am furious about I suppose there is some website tracking software that alerts and says someone started to order and did not complete, I'd like to know who the woman that called my home and spoke to my wife and actually got huffy with her about did he get the order placed....yes I did and thank her a whole bunch for letting my wife know what I bought her for " A Christmas Gift ". How fullish could one person be. If she had a brain she would be dangerous. Thanks again I hope she likes her gift but thank you for spoiling her Christmas I would really appreciate a follow up email or phone call letting me know that someone actually read this review. “My problem was when something stuck to the bottom of the pot. I soaked it for 3 days in warm soapy water; however, it did not come off. I tried to wash it off and the dark part came off. I had to order a new pot and had to pay the shipping and handling which I was not happy about.”

“To Whom it May Concern, One of my peeves is when I get charged for an item I ordered & I haven't received it yet. I ordered two Power Pressure Cooker XL's, on Tuesday, 11-21-2017. They were supposed to arrive within 7 - 10 days. I was hoping to receive it yesterday, but not yey. Now I have a payment already charged on my credit card. NOT OKAY!! Please do not charge customers until after the delivery. Still waiting on my pressure cookers. Lexina Diane Lore”

“I was unable to make a purchase on the website. It would erase my cc info and then say that info was required. Funnily enough I received a phone call the next morning asking if I had tried to place an order and which cooker would I like to purchase. I was only trying to buy some accessories so that little ploy didn’t work out so well.”

“I use the Power Pressure Cooker XL for EVERYTHING! I make roasts, soups, stir-fry, you name it. I also used it as a canner this summer which was amazing! One shortfall however. The bottom of the inner pot has started to peel away. I've owned it for a few months so that was quite disappointing. I called the manufacturer and was told that they would not replace it unless I paid for it, so that's what I'm doing.”

“I am so upset with your customer service reps. I paid for two 10 quart pressure cooker twice since November 20 and both orders had to be cancelled because you cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. That being said, on Friday, November 24 once I found out the second time that your sales rep lied about delivery, I ordered 2 units from Amazon and saved almost $100 on the two. They will be delivered today, November 29. Shame you you people.”

“Terrible product. Teflon coating doesn’t last long before it flakes off then wants to charge $30 to get a replacement just to be out of stock. Terrible terrible terrible product and customer service DO NOT BUY!!!”

“The original pot that came with the unit should have been non- stick, but the bottom burnt and could not clean the pot - the longest anything ever cooked was 20 min. Called 1st rep said it was covered- did not have any in stock call back next week Called back 1 week later pot was not covered by manufacturer The company would not cover the known problem- $33.00 for a pot. I would not recommend this product.- Disappointed”

“i was told that it would be shipped within 2 weeks, I was expecting it before Thanksgiving. When I called to find out when it would be here. I was told it was on back order. I feel I should have been advised that at the time I ordered.”
