“As a full time mom it is hard to find time to cook delicious healthy meals for my little boys. This product allows me to do that and also cook meals that my picky little boys will be willing to eat and enjoy!”

“I have not received it yet and they didn't tell me that it was on backorder or when I'm going to receive it and for my inconvenience you guys should give a discount or something or throw in something that you're going to charge me for”

“I am returning the product for a refund. This appliance is way too complicated for me to use. I was unable to figure out how to take it apart to wash before using it the first time. It also sounds dangerous if all the safety steps are not followed to the T. Very disappointing, it looked SO easy on the infomercial on TV.”

“I love my Power Pressure Cooker XL. I don't know how I managed life without it. I can with it, make some awesome chili beans, its so great cooking wild game. Deer, elk, moose and buffalo just melt in your mouth when cooked in my pressure cooker!”

“I cannot comment on the utility of the power pressure cooker. I can Comment on the purchase. As a result of a Sunday presentation I became aware of the power pressure cooker and its’ flexibility. In response to then advertised special I placed an order quickly by Telephone. Confirmation followed almost immediately with a follow up on shipping to follow. I am pleased with the whole transaction.”

“So far not a great experience placed order on the 6th, but not informed that my order was out of stock until the 10th when I called to check on order. Unacceptable, I was hoping to get my order b4 Thanksgiving now just being given an estimated time of Dec. 16th thanks a bunch.”

“I tried to order a canning rack for my Power Pressure Cooker. I paid through paypal and thought I was done. An hour later I receive a phone call telling me the paypal function does not work and wanted my credit card number to complete the order. I was driving and unable to provide it at the time so I asked if i could just reorder online and put in my credit card info. The next day I tried to place my order again only to find out the website would not process any type of payments. After trying for 4 days, I chatted with representative who gave me a toll free number to call. Placed on hold for several minutes only to find out that number was for ordering the pressure cooker only, you needed to call another number to order accessories. Called the other number and finally got my order placed. When I received my confirmation email, it started off Dear John....I hope they got my name and address correct...More of a hassle than I wanted to simply order parts for my pressure cooker. I hope I never have to order from them again.”

“I called because my cooker did not have a part when I purchased it. Even though I had not used it for a few months after buying I was forced to buy the part I never had. I should have just taken back to Costco. They would have least taken care of me. Very disappointed.”

“My pressure cooker stopped working after 4 times using it. The stream comes out the hold time. I called to talked to someone who really did not explain what was happening, only interested in selling me a part, which I bought so I'm hoping it works.”

“I ordered a simple little valve for my pressure cooker on the 4th of November, 2017 1. the order says the 6th, so it took 2 Days to process, then 2. it took 3 days to get to DHL in Westborough MA., then 3. it took 1 day to process at DHL and 2 more days before it actually leaves the facility. 4. Now, it's going to take another 6 days to get to Tucson, before they pass it off to the usps for delivery. It took 4 days just to make it to DHL, and 3 more days before it leaves that facility. Now its going to take 6 more days to travel across the US. I would say that something is wrong if it takes that long to get something that weighs 0.106 lbs out of my warehouse and across the country. Customer Service gets a great score of 10 out of 10, but processing the order and shipping get a 2 out of 10.”
