I haven't received them yet n m sure the product itself is awesome, but when I place n order I don't want to b bombarded with a ton of other things shoved in my face. The pans that said they were free, I got charged 14.95 a piece n my invoice doesn't even mention the two kids I wanted for the pans. Pretty disappointed. I wanted to order a couple more smaller ones but don't want to go thru the hassle again n get charged for more "free stuff.

It streamlined my entire planning for the day. I can prepare ahead of time, drop it in the cooker and with just a matter of a couple of buttons, my meal is being prepared. Less work, less clean up and I can always prepare enough for leftovers, which I can portion out, freeze and have meals for days to come.

I like the pressure cooker. But not real happy with costumer service and delivery time. I called to order a replacement rubber gasket and was told that it was discontinued and that I could send $25 for a replacement for free. I thought that was absolutely rediculous! So I called Walmart to see if they had the replacement gasket. They said no and didn’t know where I could get a replacement. So I called your company a second time thinking ok I really need this gasket so I will bite the bullet so to skeak and pay the $25 to replace my discontinued one for “free”. The man I spoke with told me that it wasn’t discontinued. He told me that they are fully stocked with replacement pieces and that there should be no problem replacing the gasket. He said we will get it out in the mail on Monday. This was on November 4 and I just received it yesterday. That over a month ago. So yes I am happy that I have it now but not sure I would purchase another one because of the huge hassle with the first phone call. And yes I gave her the correct model number. I would appreciate a timely response to this complaint. Thank you.

I called to replace the inner pot of my pressure cooker, but I had totally forgotten that I had insurance for four years! The gentleman that helped me reminded me. Then informed me it was covered. So just out off curiosity I asked if my lid would also be covered. (My son dropped it and broke the plastic handle). Yes it was also covered to my surprise! He was very nice when he helped me out. All I had to do is pay shipping! Thank you so much! I get my pressure cooker back!!!! Yeah! Cynthia Ham

The ordering on line experience was outstanding with the pleasant person at the firm. The interface with the on-line services is less than satisfactory. First I could not order on line as when I pushed the final place your order key the charge card number and type of card disappeared from the screen. This occurred six times before I called and placed my order through actual talking to someone. Next, the interface between the shipment number and Fed Ex does not exist. I tried numerous times at varying time frames and never got a response from Fed Ex. Even putting the shipment number in the Fed Ex site manually does not work as Fed Ex does not recognize the number.

The Ordering was fine. BUT, I am still waiting for my notice of WHEN the product will arrive at the mailing address. So I can be there for delivery.

We recently purchased this cooker and you cannot imagine how frustrated we were when we had food to can and there was no rack with the canner!!! To us it was a totally incomplete appliance and a big disappointment. So we had to talk to a foreigner in India and order another $10.00 part and are waiting for it to come. We feel this is a very poor way to do business! We were getting ready to write a letter to the CEO and saw this instead. Please give this inconvenience some sincere consideration! I bought one for each of my 2 girls, they LOVE them. The problem with working all the time, is not having the time to make a healthy meal. That problem went away with the Power Pressure Cooker XL. My youngest has lost 33lbs., due to being able to eat healthy again. My eldest is now doing her meal planning around it, We got 2 of the cookbooks with them. I am not much of a cook, so the Power Pressure Cooker has worked really well for me and I liked my 6 quart one that I bought two years ago so well that I upgraded to this 10 Quart one. The only problem or complaint that I have is that the markings on the pressure relieve valve disappears over time, but I would not trade it for the world. I have had to replace the gasket twice because I use it so much.

you call in to order anything promotions, takes 30 min to get off.. be sent with the order a time frame request add on to your card period of time to received,request if you care to order anything referring TV ad

I like the ability to fry and pressure cook or slow cook in the same pan. Having the pressure cooker's ability to lose pressure with a simple turn of the switch is nice, so that the food doesn't over cook. I'm anxious to add new recipes to my repertoire as well.
