“Aloha! I placed my order by phone and the customer service rep did an excellent job! She explained ALL my options thoroughly and also sold me on the cover for the pan. I’m looking forward to receiving my pressure cooker and pan w/ lid.”

“Need a float valve because it always falls off. You have to keep your eye in this at all times. I had to order a new one and I can’t get it and I’ve waited almost a month and I need it. X-MAS cooking !!!”

“I live in Fla., USA. needed a part(valve with seal), that fell out of the lid and also asked to get another gasket rubber around the lid as this one is stretched. I was over 1/2 hr. trying to tell a foreign man named Ray.... we could not understand eachother!!! and I had hit #1 as ENGLISH speaking for help. Sooooooo frustrated. AND I was charged $21.18 on a charage card provided THEN another $14.82. With NO CONFIRMATION number!!! very scary. I will be calling you on Monday, as I was not agreement with both of these charges. I agreed only to shipping of $14.82. Now, more time of mine is wasted! Noone else in my family who has called TriStar Products has had a problem. we love the steam cooker!”

“The gasket you sent for the 10 qt is to big . It wouldn't even build the pressure, I should of listened to Jahan to send a new 10 qt out to me. I have been waiting for a supervisor to call me back. Left message for Rosie, Thank You Karen Martin.”

“I bought two power pressure cooker last year one for myself the 6 qt and the 10 qt for my mother they are amazingly easy to use and to clean not to mention the way the food cooks so fast and easy but most of all Delicious 😋. I tried to order one this December 12, 2017 and I reminded the operator that it was for my sisters Christmas Present and that it needs to be there before Christmas and he assure me it was. The next day I check for tracking and it's telling me that they are out of stock so I called customer service and she told me in a very nice way NO SORRY BUT IT SHOWS HE THAT YOU MAY NOT GET BEFORE CHRISTMAS IN OTHER WORDS THE MAN LIED TO ME SO I CANCEL THE ORDER. THATS VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. YOU JUST LOST A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER....”
