“I thought the pressure cooker came with a stem tray. Customer service explained that it came with but there's different accessories along with it. He gave me brief review of what I had but didn't say anything about the stem tray. I'm confused!”

“I was not told when I placed my order over the phone that the items were on backorder. These are Christmas gifts and i was told today they won't arrive until the 6th. Unacceptable! Very disappointed and dissatisfied. If my order is not here from Crhistmas I plan to cancel.”

“Attempted, 3 different times, to purchase on line, I could never get past check out. One attempt to call, failed, no answer. Finally, I was able to order through the phone, where I could not just order, I had to be bombarded with "special" offers, that I now realize, after seeing my order, that I would not have purchased, had I just been able to order on line, but that was your plan, right! More for you AND to heck with me!!! But on the other hand, the telephone lady was delightful!!! I will never purchase from you again.”

“this review has nothing to do with the power cooker but with web site use. tried to use site to order a part. tired 3 different time and could not get it to work and had to call and order over the phone. agent said that i was not the only person to have trouble. This needs to be corrected and whole it is being worked on site should say call to oder”
