“The pressure cooker is fine. The idiots I had to contact regarding a piece that broke are completely incompetent. They got the address wrong after I spelled it out many times and wrote an e-mail correcting it and they told me to contact the post office during Christmas to change the address which is impossible since there was a 2 1/2 hour wait on the phone. I still haven't received the part. I really used this machine a lot but will have to buy a new one, new brand, that has better customer service.”

“I have not received the product yet. The purchase process was extremely frustrating. I fully realize the need to try and sell options and add owns. It got to the point where I had to threaten to cancel the order in order to have the young lady stop trying to sell me upgrades. She was very polite but she did not understand the meaning of NO MORE. Am very anxious to receive the product, and will write a review when used. B. Breland”

“I initially called the phone number given with the TV promotion. It was a horrible, ineffective trip from hell! Over 55 led to a walk in tub ad. Under 55, went to life insurance! I went to your Web site and called the number given. That worked. Pleasant and helpful lady who answered my questions and renewed my peacefulness after the first phone experience. I suspect that you loss sales due to the side-ads being promoted. My husband, Mark and I already have a 6 quart pressure cooker. We have enjoyed the product, but are looking forward to the one button technology and the larger capacity. Simone A. Machnik”

“I purchased the 6Qt unit on Sunday after seeing the infomercial on TV. On Tuesday , after surfing the internet, I saw that the unit that I purchased was now on sale for 25% less.
