“The online ordering was terrible. Tried to place an order twice and never got a confirmation. Wasn’t sure if order went through. Didn’t want 2 orders to get placed. Had to call the next day. No order was placed. Did place order on phone and now waiting to see if I get what I ordered. Hope it’s as seen on the site.”

“I received my PPC XL just fine. When I ordered the steamer tray and canner rack and tried to track the shipment using the tracking number provided, the FedEx site said there was no such tracking #. Called customer service, got Caveel, agent B21, and she told me it was sent DHL and was in *******, my town. DHL did not have a tracking number. When I called DHL, they used the FedEx number to look it up, and said a shipping label was created on 12/29/2017, but no package was ever sent to DHL to deliver. Payment was taken from my account immediately, but nothing was ever shipped. Now I have to wait another week to get the accessories I need. VERY POOR customer service.”

“Cooking fresh or cooking from frozen makes things super easy. I’m still learning how to adjust my liquids so my meals cook at a stage other than dry or soggy, but that totally me going off recipe, experimenting and playing. Most everything comes out perfect when I follow tried and trusted recipes. My favorite, seafood boil...shrimp, crawfish, red potatoes, corn, eckard sausage, shrimp boil, water. 2nd favorite pork roast, potatoes, carrots, spices, little water, and frozen roast if I forget to defrost. 2 hours later a huge roast is all day long oven tender. I have two and we eventually get more. When I cook for the holidays or large family meals I like only having the one pot to clean up. I paid my own hard earned money for my pressure cookers. I wasn’t paid to write this review and unless the company contacts me for my kind words I won’t receive any compensation for this honest thoughts I have given you. I have ordered copper chef products from two 3rd party sources twice, at a savings and the customer service was the worst. One one line, one a phone /tv shopping network. I haven’t tried the the local box stores yet. But for now I will only order directly from company. Again my personal preference. To each their own when it’s your money you are spending and no one is giving you freebies. Satisfied with all I have, pressure cookers, pans (square and round) and induction heating plate. “This has not been at all a disappointment.. it lives up to everything it stands for. I have made quite a few dishes in it since I purchased it and each time I am amazed at the results along with my family”

“The pressure cooker is Indeed a great product that makes for not only faster cooking but with the added bonus of greater tasting food due to the lack of steam excaping the cooker and consequently taking the flovor out with it. I must admit that I would have loved for its inner vessel to be somewhat more robust and truly non stick. Obviously that would make it more costly and out of reach of many budgets.”

“I have the 8 quart Power Pressure Cooker XL I really like it . It is one of the most used appliances in my kitchen. If you should need any parts I highly suggest calling the customer service number. Great people to talk to and very helpful.”

“Well I ordered that item because I know it works good after my cousin purchase one over two years ago. Only thing I don't like, is when you order something over the phone, and the sales person try to get you to order other items, I don't like anyone putting addional pressure on me.”

“I have not gotten the pressure cooker as of yet, the reason I am writing a comment is about the online experience. I tried on several occasions to purchase product online, but it kept stating that order could not be completed. I then decided to just call the toll free number to place order. Then I look on my bank account and see that I have now been charged twice for the product. I am going to wait and see if they realize that I only wanted to order the one and not charge me for both. Opinion pending.”

“I do love how fast it cooks. The only recommendation I would make is to not have a textured bottom. Due to the non-stick surface, it is very hard to remove food near the hot spots that have burned on without damaging the coating”

“Have not even received my Power Pressure Cooker but I can tell you this....CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! Not only did they bill my credit card for FULL amount even though I selected the monthly payment plan....when calling in to find out why they had done this, I could not ge through anyone live. They did not send the Pan that is promised on their advertisement....when checking status on my order, they never sent the pan. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. You will save yourself hassle, time and the headache of dealing with getting questions answered. When I finally was able to connect with an operator after 48 minutes, I was hung up on!”

“I haven’t received it yet. Upsettingly, I had to find out by logging in to a link I received for a different order that the power pressure xl has been placed backed order the week after I ordered mine. I received no information of this and feel as though you shouldn’t be selling an item you know you don’t have”
