“The cooker works well, however, I ordered and received the $20 recipe "pamphlet" and was amazed at the price for this. I could see spending about maybe $5 for what was sent, not $20. You make it look like a "book" and not just a flyer which it could be. Not much for recipes in this "book".”

“I have sent off for the pressure cooker and my first bad experience was that it takes to long to deliver. Upon receiving it, it had a huge dent on the side of it. I stayed on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes and they said the only thing they could do was send out another in about 7 days. I then received the second one and it was damaged as well. So I still have yet to use the pressure cooker because I'm afraid that it wouldn't function properly. I need this item because of my lifestyle. I'm a trucker and need to start eating healthy. You guys are still taking payments from my credit card and I still haven't received a undamaged item. The excitement has fizzled. The reason why I was trying to purchase this item was for the ability to cook things faster and healthier. So I haven't had a chance to do anything with it...... CALL me!!! 678-203-4997”

“Hard to close. The lock on the pressure part sucks. It works great when all parts decide to work together. Its taken me 4 uses to figure out how to lock the pressure release and ensure it builds pressure.”

“I made liver with onions. My family has chefs and many fantastic cooks. They loved my liver more than any other. That is saying a lot. Liver is not a favorite food of many and has to be cooked just right. The flavor was outstanding. Everyone asked for seconds.”

“My wife received the pressure cooker the performance of the product was really great the product did come damaged where the condensation cup is supposed to attach there was broken and there was no information about how to get that product replaced for my reviews will have to be medium. Would have been a 5-star review had not the product than damaged.”

“On second Useage, food burnt because steam released via release vial in handle. Sent back by replacement not sent. Called and said given credit. Reordered but just received that it was canceled!”

“Once we finally received everything, which by the way was delivered in drips and drabs everything was great with the pressure cooker. However, the coupons they give by going on line, can't get through to anyone. Can't get any of the $100.00 coupons they say you get for free. If the people who shipped this out read this, it would be nice if they contact me through email and let me know how to get my coupons.”
